The hotel does not like its guests and wants only to enrich itself. If you are unable to check in, the hotel will not refund your money and will not change the booking dates.
We have cancel the booking a day before arrival, and asked to return at least a part of the money, or change the arrival date on three days. The hotel simply ignored and did not respond for more than a day. Tha hotel also did not answer for a day to trip.com which tried to help us just contact the hotel. A day later, the hotel responded to trip.com that he refuses to return the money for the all period of stay (not one night, but the whole booking period!), also refuses to change the dates of booking to 3 days later. We don't arrive on time, and we lost all the money paid for all the time.
This is not the correct behavior of the hotel. They did not try to help and resolve the situation. They were just silent for a day, and they didn't answer us until today.
Not recommended if you don't want to loose your money.
