The view outside the room is great as it is close to Kobe Harbour (not quite sure) but it is pity that the soundproofing not quite well as we can hear noise passed from another guest room. And I don’t recommend the dinner buffet here because the menu is limited Overall it is good ,the surrounding of the hotel is very beautiful

We were staying corner of the hotel room the views were amazing especially at night time. We really loved this hotel and Kobe.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay while in Kobe. It is just next to Kobe Harborland and Kobe Port Tower. The room we had comes with a private balcony offering a spectacular view of the harbour. The room is clean, comfortable and has full amenities. The hotel provides bus shuttle service to and from Sannomiya Station. There is also a Family Mart located at the lobby where you can buy snacks, drinks and other additional amenities. Hotel is also walking distance from a Starbucks which opens at 7:30am should you need to get your coffee and the famous BE KOBE sign. Highly recommended.

The hotel is quite dated but the bed is comfortable and I like the fact that fresh orange is provided in the breakfast.

Amazing view of the port and landmarks. Such a chill place to stay and relax. The ocean view buffet breakfast was another level, food was great and even greater with the view and music. One point is that maybe it’s an older hotel, the noise proof is not enough, I can feel my bed shake when neighbor closing their door. Also there were many small small bugs flying near the window. But overall it’s a fantastic experience. Will visit again when in Kobe.

The view from the hotel room is beautiful. The staff are friendly and the room is clean. However, for parking, do note that the calculation start from 12pm to the next day 12pm for a 24hour period. As I checked in only late at night after 9pm, so this calculation I feel is not so fair as it’s better to calculate based on 24hours just like other parking rates.

My husband reserved bouquet and birthday cake. While it costs around 8,000yen in total, the hotel forget to deliver them to our room and even asked us to pick up from the lobby ourselves. It does not worth the money.

There is a hotel-only bus, but accessibility is a little uncomfortable. But except for that, they were all perfect accommodations.

One of the best hotels in the area, and the greatest view near the docks. As if you are staying on a luxury cruise ship. Great buffet as well. Will be back for sure!

This is an old hotel. Great location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is old and damp, but it was okay for a 1-night stay. Breakfast is great.
