It was my third time staying at this hotel. The hotel is loated near JR Motomachi Station, just 6 minutes walk. The hotel room was was spacious for 1 person. It was clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious.

Best location in Kobe just next to Chinatown. Walking distance to shopping area as well as to Kobe port. Will highly recommend if visit to Kobe. Room was spacious able to accommodate 3 luggages

This hotel was very convenient as we where headed to Osaka. Motomachi Station was close by and Chinatown was right next door with many delicious foods to choose from. There is an alley of shops called Kobe Motomachi if shopping is your thing to do on trips.

立地も接遇も設備も良かったが、実際はきちんと清掃されていない。部屋を歩くと使い捨てスリッパの表裏に髪の毛が大量につき、ストレスになってしまった。浴室のシャワーが心地よく浴びていると、ドアのサッシの黒カビが剥がれて流れてきた。清掃だけがとても残念だと思う。

近幾次到神户玩都會選擇入住神户元町東急REI酒店。主要還是因為出行購物都太方便啦。對面就是大丸百貨、樓下就是中華街。出門右手邊直走就可到神户港。還要再推薦酒店的淋浴器實在是太舒服了，也是一直入住神户元町東急REI酒店的原因。

酒店房間整潔, 空間夠大, 可以打開2-3個大行李都沒有問題. 花晒水力夠, 門口位有個空間可以放外出的外套.
另外房間有空氣清新機. 樓下有一個cafe, 早餐很優惠.

ロビーも廊下もとても静かで穏やかな空間です。
もっと泊まりたくなりました。
南京町などの繁華街なのに個室のゆったりとした落ち着きある感じが心休まりました。
神戸観光に多路線の交通機関とつながっており、とても便利なホテルです。
