The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, we enjoyed the bar with a jazz singer, the food was delicious. I love the jacuzzi bubblebath and the amenities is awesome all rooms has verandas you can see the beautiful view of kobe tower & port .The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist at the front desk, not friendly, the treatment was not welcoming, you didn't see a smile when greeting.

We had a great stay at La Suite Kobe Harborland. Great Balcony views. No restaurants for breakfast but Room service breakfast delivery including every morning. Staff was very attentive as is standard in Japan. Rained on the day we left making cabs harder to get and staff pulled out a minivan and drove us to the Shin Kobe station to get our train on time. Enjoyed the restaurant and giant showers. Very close to harbor and short walk from Center street. Enjoyed our stay and great service.

we stayed there for two night over all location and rooms are nice , what we dont like they charged for buffet but they don't have live buffet and very less choices for dine in the room buffet , which is not acceptable hope they will change them service in short time......

The stay was totally enjoyed as we are celebrating our 5th honeymoon in Kobe this year. The hotel service was brilliant. We've got an upgrade to a larger room with big bath tub by the window which allow perfect view of the Tower. Will come back to stay again soon. Thank you!

酒店的景色令人驚艷，不愧是2024年亞洲前100名最美酒店。房間的細節佈置很用心，有日本6大名窯得茶具，六甲山瓶大礦水，各種毛巾洗漱用品浴鹽手套襪子等。晚上對着神户燈塔泡在圓形浴缸裏小朋友太喜歡了。第二天早餐送進房間，送餐人員還特地去拿了小童餐具，前台走的時候幫我叫了出租車，把我行李送上車後，再鞠躬道別，服務熱情真誠。一定會再來的。

剛剛落地北京，上午還在拉套房酒店。感慨之餘，對酒店還是非常滿意的。 1酒店適合多人出遊，由於價格實惠，建議大家嚴格上報入住人數（我是2大1小住2間） 2早餐都是送到房間裏的，並有一個移動餐桌 3小號（至少要小於05）才能看到摩天輪🎡，到01號看到摩天輪🎡就看不到神户塔了，當然在陽台上視野會好一點 4大的圓按摩浴缸不是每個房間都有的，至少摩登房型都沒有（不管是行政摩登還是奢華摩登） 5酒店房間基本上都是東向，可以看日出。 6有一個問題需要問一下酒店，房間玻璃是單向的嗎？因為陽台挺大的，旁邊房間人在旁邊房間陽台上可以看到

性價比極高，想想看在日本 80 平方米的豪華客房衹需要 2000 多人民幣還包括兩份客房使用的早餐，而且位於神户港中心位置，來神户應該作為首選。

來神户訂了三晚。房間很寬敞，設施齊全。服務周到。出行很方便，購物吃飯都是5分鐘內的步行範圍。第二天發生了點小插曲，酒店的客房打掃很晚還沒有完成，經過溝通後得到了很好的解決。並獲得了第二天早上的免費早歺，倒是弄得我們不好意思了。再次感謝當值的酒店經理及其他工作人員。酒店會是我們以後來阪神地區的首選！

拍照的還在💤所以先用倆張導航圖充數，希望可以給到大家幫助。是奢侈一把的選擇，但沒有沖動消費畢竟一分價格一份享受。硬件老錢風，特別是第三天換了大套房，偏棕色的傢俱符合我們的審美。窗外美利堅公園，神户塔還有即將開展的燈光秀，如果需要看日出建議早點拉開窗簾。訂了酒店內的牛排“心”晚餐，工作人員應該接受過中文培訓，全程溝通順暢，神户牛肉沒有出現過於油膩的口感，主廚熱愛這份工作已經滲入到細節。客房服務、前台年輕人為主，還引進南亞🤵，是富有朝氣的城市，這點在之前居住東急旗下酒店點評我也曾提到。酒店附近出乎意料的購物方便，基本上在前往京都之前完成購物計劃，這點酒店可以多加宣傳。神户是一個熱情的城市，包括車站諮詢服務的老年人，還有廣場表演的學生，一個城市有一個城市特點。

房間很大很舒服，海景非常漂亮，服務不錯，可以簡單英語溝通。位置也不錯，10分鐘走到原題町地鐵站，神户地方不大打車也不貴。旁邊就是海港商場，可以從酒店大廳直走出去，沿着泳池旁邊走下樓梯，近很多

每次來神户必住的酒店，地理位置一般距離最近的車站是JR神户站步行過去要10-13分鐘，去大丸百貨步行也差不多15分鐘，周邊有商場吃東西還是比較方便也很熱鬧但是與神户最中心的三宮相比還是少了很多美食的選擇，但是出於對酒店房間硬件要求比較高還是選擇了這家，早餐是套餐形式可以選擇日式或西式一人一套量大吃不完，每個房間都有陽台和浴缸陽台可以吸煙，雖然交通不便不過下次來還是會住這裏畢竟這是神户市區最棒的酒店！
