Worth every penny  Location fantastic  Very clean

Love this hotel & Kobe so much that we decided to stay an extra night. Would stay here again when we visit Kobe in the future.

Convenient location, the staff were wonderful, great facilities, overall it was an excellent stay!

Surprisingly, there won't be any cleaning for the room. I lived for 3 days, the hotel staff told me that no one would clean the room for me. It is not very good as no one threw the rubbish for me. If I had known that earlier, I would not have booked this hotel

The location is fantastic. Beautiful and well maintained hotel. However, after observing one of the staff members my first thought was 'MOTTAINAI". Because, the female foreign staff named Hou has exhibited a low level of behavior for this hotel. Her eyes looked unfriendly, because she never had a smile. In fact, she made a remark and criticism about my question. It became clear to me she is the unprofessional type who is not suitable for such a nice hotel. Photos are from room #507 where carpets had noticeable stains.

Location is quite close to Sannomiya station but still need to walk a bit to get to the hotel. Hotel is very clean and we got room on 5F which is the same floor as where the coin laundry machines are, so it is very convenient for us.

Good hotel, has all you need and so close to the station. There is a lounge area to wait for check in (which is quite early). I was lucky to get a good deal.

Very near to shopping district. The room is decent. Recommended if you are travelling to Kobe.

Nice, professional and clean. One bottle of water per guest at a time though... but who needs two at a time anyway haha. Receptionists are polite and give you a bath salt (one per room, not one per guest lol)

This hotel locates beside the shoppiing street under the JR Sannomiya station(the Hankyu and Hanshin are in the same place). It just takes 5 minutes to walk to the platform if you did not stop for shopping along this popular area in Kobe. The hotel may be the best one I have ever lived alone with such price, it has big and clean room, great and new room stuff. However, it has a limited internet speed which even made me hard to use Google map in certain time, mostly during 8 p.m. to 10 p.m..

Very convenient location. Walking distance to Kebe Sannomiya station.

Breakfast spread was limited but sufficient. Location is relatively convenient walk to the station (autumn weather). Staffs are not very proficient in english, but google translates help.

Staffs polite with very good English skill. Room big and clean. Very good deal.

The hotel is a bit far from the station, but the room was clean and well-equipped. Additionally, the front desk staff was courteous and attentive.
