Kobe Seishin Oriental Hotel recensioner

Great hotel that provides a huge room, amazing service, and a great breakfast. The only shortcoming is that it’s really far from the city centre. You will need to spend about 30 minutes on the train to go downtown.

Hotel is quite old style but spacious. Breakfast is good. Carpark space is enough and there are many restaurants in the hotel building.

Convenient for a business trip in Kobe. Very close to a main train station. There is a swimming pool available to hotel guests, but unfortunately, the information pertaining to the use of the pool was absent, so I did not bring a swim suit and was very disappointed. The information for this hotel should be updated to clarify what the facilities are and what the conditions are (e.g. obligatory swim cap, use of room towels etc). Guests from overseas will be confused and disappointed, as I was.

Good staffs, big and clean room, and location is not bad. Shopping mall is near. Overall is very good.

the location was perfect for a conference I had at KCUFS. the first room smelled like smoke but we moved to another one that was fine. The hotel reminded me of Vegas Tropicana. Surrounding area was very convenient for what I needed. Beds were hard but otherwise everything was fine. thank you.

The hotel is very close to the station, and the location is far from the centre of Kobe. Moreover, the hotel‘s facilities are also a little old, but the restaurant upstairs has a good view and the food is delicious.

The location was really good, there’s a mall right beside the hotel with various food options, it was great specially during the winter to avoid long walks in the cold, my only dislike was the smell in the room, ir had a strong like old smell.

房間正中間的燈是壞的，電線暴露在外連燈泡都被拆掉了，晚上非常昏暗，抽屜裏還放個聖經。整個酒店氛圍就很老還是歐式內裝，這麼一搞我感覺像美國恐怖片會出來的酒店一樣哈哈哈哈一個人有點害怕但是整體就那樣，普普通通吧。看到游泳池和健身房什麼的，但我衹住了一晚上也沒去玩。樓下的自助餐還挺好吃的雖然沒看清菜單被擺了一道

優點：房間是日式的老式酒店，酒店的夜景特別美，邊上也是車站，而且酒店裡有診所啊，按摩，吃飯，很方便，還還有停車場，一天800日元的收費也是很合理的。房間也很大，可以自由的行走，放箱子都沒有問題。 缺點：衞浴沒有分離讓人特別不舒服。洗澡跟上廁所的人都得互相遷就，不能同時進行。泡澡跟洗浴也不可以同時進行。而且前台的服務也沒有很熱情，而且離神户市區還有23㎞，不適合旅遊的人。我們這次是自駕遊，所以沒有很在意。但是不適合乘坐公共交通工具出行的人。

這是我今年第二次入住這家酒店。本次入住依然給我留下了深刻的印象。房間又大又乾淨還帶一個沙發，前台有送各種卸粧水，乳之類，早餐種類多，味道好，這個廚師真的太棒了，米其林廚師也比不上他！交通便利，就在西神中央站旁邊，價格還便宜！我的同事對這家酒店讚不絕口。今年來日本住過十幾家賓館了，很多都是五星級四星級，但我認為這家是我最喜歡的。以後還會來的。

酒店位置極佳，車站及商場就在隔鄰，購物及飲食非常方便，酒店衛生及設施恰當，停車場收費合理，是我下次再選的酒店。

出地鐵站就是 非常方便 旁邊有商場 吃的喝的不缺 還有幾家大超市 就是離神户市區有點距離 地鐵大約要搭乘30-40分鐘 酒店超級大 房間也不小 很舒適 個人覺得有點問題的是 洗手枱很低
