Hotel is close to many restaurants and walking streets. The room is quite small but clean. There is no water or skin care supply

The staffs at the reception are really warm and friendly. Room is clean and cosy. Love the skincare kit and face mask provided. Free ice-cream for hotel guests from 8pm to 10pm. Perfect location. Within walking distance to Hankyu Kobe Sannomiya Station and many food options. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Location : 5 mins walk from JR kobe-sannomiya , mostly flat road quite easy to navigate Cleanliness : Daily Housekeeping service , but the bathroom smelling damp Room : For 2 double bed room type , space is limited as i cant even open my luggage Amenities : self service toiletries at reception counter with tea selection too , too bad they only provide one water bottle for each guest and you have to refill with water dispenser at counter

Clean and rather new hotel but it's about 10-15 walk from the JR station if you are not familiar with the nearest exit to the hotel. There is free ice cream and coffee for the hotel guest from 8-10 pm. There are many restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Fantastic location near train station, malls, shops, cafe, restaurants and temple (5-10mins). We are appreciative of the range of toiletries made available (we particularly liked the hair bands, brush & wash loofah). We enjoyed night get together at the lounge with free drinks & ice cream (8-10pm) that provided a good resting point before our late night shopping at Don Quijote which was just across the road. However, we did not like the self check in process. We initially booked 2 rooms for 5 persons (Deluxe Twin Room with extra Side Bed & a Standard Twin). But added another Comfortable Double room when a 6th person joined. Despite we explained that we now had 2 guests to a room, the hotel issued 3 cards to the 1st room & could only issue a card to the last room. Very rigid. There is an ironing room for those who need to press their outfits. It is a tad inconvenient to lug our clothes and hangers & water for the steam iron to do the chore. Overall, I would recommend the hotel esp for families.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Kobe. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from Sannomiya railway station, which made it extremely easy to explore the city and beyond. Our room was beautifully decorated, with a comfortable dining area and a large, cozy bed. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully organized, which made the space feel very comfortable and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was absolutely worth it — always fresh, delicious, and offering enough variety to enjoy something different each morning. One especially fun touch was the free evening ice cream, which we really looked forward to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience here and would gladly stay again.
