Amazing outdoor onsen and close to town and you should definitely order a transfer from the train station if you are not used to climbing steep roads. Overall it was a great stay for a reasonable price and the town area had tonnes of good food and creative souvenirs.

Great experience! We had a great time staying at the hotel. There are different onsen spots at the hotel. Food is pretty nice and delicate, kaiseki style. It’s farther from the Main Street but quieter and have a better view.

Nice hotel with spa, although facilities are a bit worn down. Recommended.

This hotel has been around for many many years so it’s a bit dated. Shops around the area closes by 3pm and there’s not much to do at night and not much options for dinner. Best to reserve dinner at the hotel before checking into hotel otherwise could end up eating cup noodles at the convenient store. Hotel will not be able to accommodate request for breakfast or dinner at their restaurant during check in, at least that was the case for us and we had to find our own food elsewhere.

Nice service with excellent hot spring

Staffs speak decent English. You should have no problem checking in. Nice staff. They provide shuttle bus between hotel and the bus station, all you have to do is ask the information centre to call the hotel for you and they will pick you up from the station. The private bath IS NOT hot spring tho. But the hot spring, especially the golden one, the outdoor ones are excellent. Great view great feel. The dinner is ok(not bad~and everything is fresh. We were just expecting more. I heard the dinner in your room would be even better but of course you’d also have to pay more) but the breakfast is really good. Again, not that the dinner is bad. Definitely worth the price. If you go to Arima Onsen, the hot spring in the hotel should be enough. Nice experience.

住兩晚私人風呂房連兩餐，算是勝價比較低的溫泉旅館。 一般溫泉旅館有些 greeting 安排，例如浸完溫泉後有雪條，下午茶時段有小食或飲品，宵夜時段有拉麵等其中一兩樣，但這裏一樣也沒有。。這是令入住感覺不太被 welcome 。 自駕到達，可以免費泊車。 整體服務算不錯，環境也整潔，只是 lobby 梳化都沒人坐，可能因為跟房間景觀一樣，也沒有其他特別設施。 早晚餐在房內 set 枱 serve in room，食物不錯，份量很大，但需要提早半小時起床，讓服務員執床 set 床，是有點沒有休息夠的感覺。 房內沒有咖啡機，如果想飲咖啡要逐杯付費。 沒有露台，但私人風呂的浴池還可以。 大浴池就有金湯和銀湯兩種泉水，但浴場也相對細。

Это было великолепно! В отеле 4 источника, 2 открытых и 2 закрытых, мы были в сезон сакуры, но народу было очень мало, в онсенах мы были практически одни! Невероятно красивые места для фото. Тихий, чистый отель, дружелюбный персонал! Однозначно советую для посещения!

🌾我使用到了酒店送達有馬巴士站的服務，無需根據時刻表。check out之後，很快就能上車。 但酒店在攜程的簡介裏，沒有提及接送服務，導致去酒店時是爬了一段坡道的，建議攜程上面需要展示接送服務這類訊息。 *另外我入住那天，見有客人乘酒店車輛離開，一位可愛的女性工作人員深深鞠躬，車輛走遠了，她依然保持原來的姿勢。對於她的敬業我很驚歎。 輪到我離開的時候，並沒有遇到這樣的待遇。並非去奢求這類待遇，而是認為既然酒店的服務態度是如此恭敬，一視同仁可能感受更好。 🌾酒店的湯池，和姐妹酒店遊月山莊組合，一共有3處。酒店給了我中文地圖。在尋找遊月山莊的露天風呂時，當時非常猶豫是否需要下電梯，於是問了遊月山莊的工作人員，建議酒店在地圖上把遊月山莊的泡湯之處，用可視化照片附在地圖上，或者發揮日文文化優勢，以漫畫形式更圖像化顯示。 🌾房間床的靠背很不舒適，枕頭又太塌。這個感受真是不美妙。 🌾酒店的松下空調在晚上6點至8點時間段，不送風。工作人員也幫忙調整了空調製式等，可工作人員一離開，又開始不送風。到了更晚些時候，空調才持續送暖。 🌾牙刷的刷毛有些硬。 🌾酒店的WiFi網速比較弱，低於流量包網速。但這並非是指出不好，度假也不一定説要繼續依賴網絡，這個具體看不同客人的不同需求了。 🌾酒店地理位置，離開金之湯比較近，在一條直網上。 🌾酒店房間裏有小卡片表示售賣神户特產口味的冰激淋。但是沒有英文展示具體是哪幾種口味，也沒有圖示不同的口味不同的編號，不太便於選擇自己喜好的冰激淋口味。 綜上，酒店的人性化氛圍的展示，床品的選擇和設計有待改良。 🌻茶包茶具很有特色。利腸道消化。 🌻浴衣女士有酒紅色的緞帶，天氣冷還給了 薰衣草紫的外衣。

酒店開業已久，設施和房間裝飾較舊，是傳統日式，但是整體都整潔。服務亦保持傳統日式，職員非常有禮。重點是酒店自設當地特色的金湯銀湯，亦有多個湯泉和私人湯埸。連住兩晚的話第一晚是普通懷石料理，第二晚是神戶牛，份量很足。
