Nicely located place. But can do a lot for facilities provided and room service.

The place is extremely noisy. We were booked for a week and regret it. Every morning from around 4 am a manager there living on the first floor comes out shouting to staff or bellowing down his mobile for at least 15 minutes. Don't know why he disturbes the whole place but it's EVERY morning. Not just a one off. At weekends as the rooms are big they take local party guests, around ten or more a room with music blasting, smoking, people partying or smoking some more in the central courtyard that disturbed virtually every room and no one cares about it. This happened several times. This could be a good hotel but it's run badly

The place is good. But it's not maintaining well. The rooms are not very hygienic. Especially bathrooms.

Nice hotel, helpful staffs, but it lacks necessity such as good toilet and gold shower and basic shower accessories such as shower gel etc.

I have stayed in other hostels and though this would be equally good but it was not. No other guest, no restaurant option, toilet was not flushing, fungal smell in the room, no fan, no garden chairs as shown in pics. Low budget back packer can crash here for rs per night

I visited cochin for my exam, hotel is just normal, ac other normal facilities is there, but room is very small, not bathroom foot step matte is available

Excellent address , very well placed, near everything in Fort Kochi, and so nice people ! I felt at home during all my stay. And they managed to get me a fantastic cake at the restaurant for my birthday. Great memories ! Everything is done to make you happy and confortable.
