Hotel White Rose

Great little hotel. The location is excellent (near the harbor and restaurants) and the staff was very helpful. Excellent value for the cost. Rooms were clean. I had a late evening flight and was allowed to stay in the room past regular checkout time. I also arrived in the middle of the night and there was a nice clerk available. Check-in was quick and I was able to go to sleep shortly after my arrival. I added an extra day to my stay here.

Though i had booked two twin double room, when i reached at 10 pm yesterday they provided only one twin double room and other single room, telling these are the only rooms left with them. Though i had prepaid the complete bill in advance. Other than this, service was below expected like no soaps/towels in bathroom, no bed sheet/blanket, ac remote not working properly, not sufficient pillow even for adult members. Bedroom of single room. Bathroom of single room. Please note difference in size of beds/bathroom of both. When we had paid for bigger twin double bed room then why been provided with smaller room ?

We had a comfortable stay here with very welcoming hosts. The hotel is clean and very convenient for the sights of Cochin. Great value for money. When we arrived it was quite late and pouring with rain, so it was lovely to be greeted with smiling faces.

We stayed for 2days. Location is good walking distance from kochi beach. Staffs were helpful. Only issue was worn out towels and pillows. Which should be immediately changed with new ones. Fridge was in working condition. Overall ok stay.

Hôtel ne correspond plus à sa description. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos. Nous avons réservé 2 chambres, à notre arrivée les lits avaient un seul drap sur le matelas, rien pour se couvrir. La propreté était très douteuse, salle de bain sale et sans eau chaude, ni savon, ni papier toilette. Hôtel envahi par les moustiques, dans le hall et les chambres. Nous avions réservé une 1/2 pension, grosse erreur de notre part. Il n'y a plus de salle de repas, uniquement rooftop au 4eme étage avec les moustiques, et un serveur qui monte du rez de chaussée les assiettes et les plats un par un. Nous étions 4 donc 12 voyages 50 minutes pour avoir 2 végétales noodles trop cuites et froides , 1 poisson curry mangeable, 2 nan caoutchouteux, 2 bouteille d'eau déjà ouvertes. Petit déjeuner même chose, monte les 4 assiettes de toast une par une, et le café au bout d'une heure n'est toujours pas là. Le manager nous avait demandé la veille à quelle heure nous voulions le petit déjeuner, c'était convenu 7h15 car nous voulions partir tôt pour éviter les bouchons. A 8h15 nous sommes allés au café de la rue adjacente où nous avons eu un petit déjeuner correct en 15 minutes. Cet hôtel n'est pas prêt pour accueillir des clients occidentaux.
