A big shout-out to Himanshu, Bijay, Suman, Sunil, Ankit, Sneha, and Vikram for making our visit absolutely delightful. The service was prompt and thoughtful, and every team member went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable time. The food was simply outstanding—flavorful, well-presented, and made with love. I had great experience while staying in the resort. Dawa and monali at the reception are very professional and polite. They had changed my room after requesting for the last day of my stay. Rooms near to pool on the first floor are the best one. Food at the restaurant is really good and on a very reasonable price. Suman, Ankit and bijoy are handling the restaurant . While bijoy is the very experienced one with sterling and sneha and suman were the intern but very keen to help the in house guest. Resort is very beautiful. Comparing to other properties of sterling this one is having less no. of rooms, but designed tastefully which gives you the feel of boutique resort.. On our last day at resort roads leads to highway were closed due to maintenance, all the staff took no stone unturned to help the in-house guest to reach safely and comfortably towards the highway.. Really appreciated the efforts of the Management and the whole staff there. Thanks for making our holiday memorable and a wonderful experience. Hoping to see you all very soon in the summer vacations..

A great experience.The stay and food was very good.The location is amazing if you want to stay away from hustles.The staff are friendly ,especially Mr Bijay is very cordial and cooperative.A must visit resort.

Good view of nature and resorts has all the facilities inhouse for complete family vacation. Food is good and ambience is good.

A recently added property with Sterlings, we stayed during Dec end. The location is ultimate, away from the busy town. We have to cross thru coffee plantations and woods to reach there. Once there we forget the pain of traveling. The property is newly associated, and upscaling done. The climate was cool. The rooms are studio types with amenities. The restaurant is located upstairs in 1st floor. Old people will definitely find difficult to climb stairs. Management kindly note. They have not yet started full fledged buffet. So it takes around some time to get ur food prepared and reach the table. Taste definitely needs to improve. (Not a Sterling standard). The pool is big enough, with no privacy. All the staffs are warming and polite. 3 stars for the front desk guy who needs basic training. We know how much time and pain went thru during checkin and checkout.
