Excellent facilities, courteous staff, great infrastructure at Virajpet. Mr. Nishant was very warm and polite. They took great care of my special kids. My review, however, is about their Bangalore office sales and marketing team. I did not get a right platform to write this. I hope Virajpet team routes this concern to the correct decision maker. Scammed - False Promises by Club Mahindra Bangalore Team Sharing a real bad experience with Club Mahindra Sales and Marketing Team from Bangalore, Residency Road. I got multiple calls from Shivaraj (861 *** 5180) about a holiday presentation with free voucher for attending the event with no obligation. I clearly told him at least in a couple of calls that I will come alone. I also told him that I already attended this presentation once for buying car from Anant Motors and used the voucher at Virajpet. He said not a problem - please attend. He booked the slot at Anant Cars, KR Puram. I got a call from another person (99****541) confirming my presence at the presentation. I again told her I would come alone and I have already used similar voucher in the past. She said she is aware that I have used this in Virajpet, asked for my experience, and told me that there is a new launch and I should listen. She said going alone is not a problem. I drove 45 KM to attend this event. After visiting the showroom, they informed me that sales executives are not available and that they will send someone home. Luckily, Raghu (974****258) turned up in 15 minutes. I updated him about my earlier discussions with their team. He did not have any objection that I was alone. I clearly told him I visited their resort through a voucher, so I know all the details. He said he would skip the presentation then and come directly to costing. He took about 20 minutes to explain. His senior came and offered some discounts. At this point too, they said a voucher will be given regardless of my decision to join as a member. Next day, I called Raghu. He said I am not eligible for voucher because I came single and I need to contact the Marketing team. Are you kidding me? Was this guy sleeping during the presentation? Why was I even asked to attend then? I called the lady (99****4541) back. She said there is some misunderstanding and I will get the voucher by Monday on my email. I called her Monday, she said Tuesday. I called Tuesday, she said she will send it directly to my Whattsap. When I called Thursday, she said there is some complication and there is a problem in generating voucher for single visitors. I lost my cool here and told that I would visit the office and leave a negative feedback. I need the seniors' numbers to talk to. She communicated back saying that some escalation process has been raised and her senior said I can do whatever I want. I lost half a day and travelled close to 100 KM for this presentation.
