The property is vast, and has large rooms. I had stayed in a triple bed occupancy with my family. Room quality is average. They have neatly maintained their gardens and the food was good. Location is near to city centre. While you stay there, beware of the following things: (1) The hot water is available from 6AM to 10 AM in the morning and 6 PM to 10PM in the Evening. They terminate the power supply to the individual geysers to every room beyond these timings. It is really difficult during winters to use the Wash Room in the night time. In case of power cut during the stipulated timings, they do not even have a backup genset, and you will have to adjust with the cold water. The entire property runs only on an inverter backup, that does not support running of Heaters (2) They provide only Breakfast and Dinner. Lunch is not offered. Even Coffee/Tea is available only after 4pm (3) Room Heater is charged extra, and no Air conditioning is provided in the room for the tariff charged (4) In case you are conscious about the taxes charged, payments have to be done in cash Overall, the management is not professional and does not seem to care for the above inconveniences even after flagging.
