We booked the hotel for our vacations. it’s all good. But only one thing made me feel what?! is I called room service for ordering food but the one who pick the phone said to me you need to call the kitchen, so I answered back that I just hang up the phone with receptionist who is give this number to me to call you. That’s why she take my order.

Hotel was lovely, right on the beach and could to the local shops.
We had a terrible issue with flies, and even though we ensured all the doors and windows remained closed, these tiny flies still appeared from the drains. We had to ask the staff to come every evening to help (which they did) but it wasn’t the best welcome back after a day out to have flies on all our personal belongings, especially when the main area was in the bathroom.

The best place for couples to enjoy the time with each other. Super friendly staff (thanks a lot You guys) will help with any questions and advices.
Highly recommend if you want be out of the noisy citys and enjoy sounds of nature, this is the place for you!

The interior and exterior design are quite beautiful. Even the size of the hotel is quite small but you can still find some good spots for nice pics. the location is good. Easy to access to the beach. But there are something that i don’t like from the hotel.
Considering to the price, i expect the room to be very clean. The room is a bit dusty in some corners.
-the bathroom smells quite bad, water from the bathtub come slowly

Not really impressive stay. Staff at the restaurant are not well trained. They are quite aggressive. Feel itchy and could not sleep all nights probably because of the bedsheet is not clean. Food and drink included in the package is limited but only the good thing is staff at reception.

The hotel was a bit quite old but clean. The location was quite hard to find and very few parking area available. The food was great especially for breakfast.

Visited in 2010 and returned 13 years later to find the place as impeccable as before. Exceptionally well-maintained property offering a superb experience. Highly recommended!

A tranquil Balinese type resort located in between Klong prao and Kai Bae beach, which is half km from the main road provided good privacy, pool is in good size, cocktails, bakery and breakfast are surprisingly great. Not much eateries around this area just few street stalls and 7-11 in 15-30 mins walking distance. Guest should have own transportation or rent a bike for easy access. The hotel private beach is not suitable for swimmers, but it's good for surfing. The room is not spacious but very cozy with a comfy bed, balcony, bath tub, washing basin, toilet closet and shower room are in good separations. Please be cautioned of the slippery staircases of the bathtub, young kid and elderly better avoid of it. The hotel has been built over decade somewhat aging furnitures and air conditioner should refurbishship as well as small screen non smarty tv monitor still in use. Wifi reception in low speed, it's incapable to watching clips in FHD resolution. Compared with other hotels in Koh Chang the F&B price is higher than others. I had a great stay at Dewa also massive thanks for the front desk officers that they had prepared a nice corner room at 3/F to me upon my requested. As well as a special set up for arrival. I'd like to return to Dewa on my next visit.
