We had an amazing stay at this hotel ! Highly recommend, the location is incredible with a direct access to the beach. The staff is very helpful and provides a lot of amenities.

First time book this hotel but many time visited koh chang. Hotel location is not really good in term of beach area. It is in between the exit point of a small cannel so whenever i want to get to the sea, i need to walk to the near by hotel to enter the cleaner water. Staff and service are excellent. Breakfast quality is pretty decent compare to other hotels that im visiting.

All is ok. It was 5th time spending in the hotel. The hotel is good, but became a little bit old, some renovation required.

Staff are very kind and helpful. Hotel feels very old, as well its facilities. GYM has prehistorical equipments. For the level of the whole island. It is accepted, as i checked out from 2 different hotels the same day.

Very private resort, suitable for those who needed to relax and to stay in the peaceful environment. The room was clean, and it’s pretty convenience to access the pool. Clothe rack was also provided on the balcony, so there’s no need to worry about the wet clothes. Breakfast was okay but not so much variety of food to select. However, the overall was great. It was a wonderful vacation staying there.

Nice place, big, very "tropical" enviroment and large time window for happy hour 2x1 cocktails so... enjoy a couple of days relaxing by the pool.

I booked 2 rooms (family trip) 3 days 2 nights. the staffs are very friendly and supportive. Room is quite clean. Facility is fine but I was in the raining season therefore raining the whole day. So we spent time in the room, my kid played in the bathtub. Happy to stay. ^^

Some stunning views around the hotel grounds but it’s not really a resort. Sure, it’s a big hotel but there is no entertainment or things to do within the hotel. There is a beach and small pool but no night time shows, no daytime activities. Room was average, not bad but not wow. Definitely not worth the price as it seemed to be built quite an old time ago and just refurnished every now and then. Room had AC which is good. Location of the hotel was ok as it was close to a Lotus shop and a small high street, this wasn’t a far walk. There are wider issues with the island itself but for as much as the hotel can do, it has done. Staff are lovely and so kind and helpful. Overall there definitely needs to be an overhaul on the entertainment side. Most resorts have a dedicated entertainment/animation team that are responsible for putting on shows, planning activities and overall improving guest satisfaction.

Nice and quiet. Close to everything on the island. Very good breakfast.

Beautiful hotel located on a picturesque beach , the staff at the resort are first class everyone was so helpful and friendly, I highly recommend this resort .
