We used to stay at nature beach resort just next door. We will go back there next time. Will never stay at “to the sea”. The reception - poor standard. The bungalows are ok. The breakfast is not worth eating. The surroundings in the restaurant are awful. The coffee machine I won’t even bother mentioning Sun beds are non existing. Getting beach towels was also a problem. The people working there are nice but don’t speak English. It seems to me that they don’t even care for their job We brought our son and daughter in law. - and I’m glad we’re leaving tomorrow. Ps. The dog in the reception should have a place of its own - just like the pigs and the turtles. Or even better - set them free

Location and site is absolutely stunning. Crystal clear water, paradise I would say. Free sup- boards and kayaks. Rooms are average, clean but a bit dated. Breakfast is okey, quality could be better. Staff is super friendly, but they hardly speak any english, but man they try. One guy in the restaurant and few in reception speaks english. But they always serve with the smile. Food was ok, nothing special. We had a dinner next door.

Rooms and site is great but service is way below standard BUT FIXABLE IF THEY JUST GET RID OF PHONES AND SMILE … everywhere else in SE Asia staff are told no phones on duty and the smiles in SE Asia are contagious … To The Sea needs to get their act in order … 1. 55 year olds had to navigate when get off a speedboat along a narrow bridge .. No one greets you .. very scary 2. Staff on their phones 24/7 at the bar, main desk, dining room .. constantly having to disturb staff on their phones to get water, their attention Breakfast is at 7 but staff are so busy on phones it doesn’t start till 730 and even then food is all stock … chilis and condiments empty day one still empty day 4 3. Staff at bar more interested in their phones then serving staff. We were inconveniencing them 4. ONLY Mr Green seems interested to do his job of the waiting staff. Staff need some supervision to get off their phones and get to work 5. Staff at free water toys need to get off phone and assist with booking, moving boats etc .. New guests need assistance navigating over the rocks 6. Cleaning staff and groundskeepers are AMAZING ..they actually smile and maintain the property the best on the bay The site is amazing The rooms are amazing The grounds are amazing BUT be ready to eat next door for service !!!

The location is just breathtaking. White and clean sand, blue water, big and clean bungalows. Food in the evening was delicious. Served at the beach with great live music. The highlight are the people who are working there. Very helpful!! Special thank you the When. We highly can recommend this resort and will def come back.

My expectations were not high as we approached but once inside the resort I was captivated by its location, charm and facilities. The infinity swimming pool is a great asset and the view of the beach, cove and ocean is fantastic. Dinner on the beach was delicious and when the lights began to twinkle and the singer,/guitarist entertained us with melodic, modern, Thai songs it was a magical moment. All the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The position of your villa is important, some with sea views, most with gardens. My expectations were exceeded and I am happy to recommend this resort.
