Quick notes for potential guests: there are definitely children here, as I know since they left the guest list in my room, most guests are from Israel, beach is pretty but rocky pebbles and seaweed don't make it pleasant to stay, cleanliness needs improvement and the facility is definitely worn, service needs improvement, they fail to disclosure beverage is not included when prepaying meals so a credit card dispute will definitely be charged since not disclosed.
I'm supposed to be celebrating my honeymoon. The service here is abysmal. As early as check in day, the staff are so rude and dismissive; This sets the precedence for the entire experience!
You would think they're playing poker with their deadpan look of disdain. They will also eagerly default to a "no". If you've had this experience, then you know.
My husband suffered a painful skin burn episode due to their over scented lotions while recovering from a sunburn. Their genius staff suggested to pay for a massage .. are you kidding? I went to the pharmacy instead.
The taxi driver must have been found from Arkham, who wasn't ready at pick up and then demands money when it can be charged to the room. My goodness! I came back from Away Chiang Mai for a FIFTH of the price with far better service.
As soon as you arrive you complete a card for dietary preferences. Vegan was selected. 10 minutes later they bring a honeymoon cake with eggs and milk to our room. The lack of attention to detail is the concern at $500 USD a night and taxi service ten times the price of Chiang Mai's Grab service.
In this sea of disappointment, the only saving grace has been the dinner chef. The food is good, but it doesn't justify the poor treatment.
You don't need to take my word for it. Simply call them. Try to schedule things and ask questions to gage their service. You will notice they tend to jump to answers before actually taking a moment to exert any effort in figuring it out. I had to ask THREE times for pick up at the ferry via Whatspp before they actually scheduled when I asked for a 4TH time via EMAIL.. I should have taken that as a warning.. please do not dismiss this review.
