Островок Италии на роскошном берегу Хаад Яо. Завтрак со идеальной мацарелой и фантастический обед: паста с горгонзолой и карбонара, настоящая Италия на Пангане. Чистый пляж, отель на первой линии, отличная атмосфера релакса и вайб отдыха и дружелюбия. Единственный минус, очень твёрдые матрасы.

ANGRY and DISRESPECTFUL managers. BAD VIBES. Best to stay away! I couldn't believe what happened to me at this place. I went down to the bar and order a few drinks for me and my friends. I asked the waiter to please do NOT add sugar on it (I have a problem with sugar) so I actually asked twice not to put sugar. I even told him it's important! When I get my drink, it was full of sugar. So much that i took a lot of it, which can make me sick. So i go back to the waiter and tell him about it. This is when the manager, Celia, jumped in, shouting to me in front of everyone, trying to make fun of me saying "I never met anyone who doesn't take sugar but still drinks alcohol. If you can't take sugar, then don't drink alcohol!!" I could not believe what i was listening... Instead of saying sorry and just give me another drink without the sugar, she starts shouting and accusing me instead. Trying to make me feel ridiculous in front of other guess and her friends. Really so disgusting behavior. So to avoid further confrontation i just left the place. However, it made me feel bad how she tried to publicly rebuke me in front of everyone, and i really didn't want to argue, but i couldn't take it off my head so i searched for the main manager, who was kind enough to talk to me about the incident and offer me another drink (which i didn't accept btw). That was appreciated but still i cannot understand how they work with such people who shout on their clients. Also, i later find out that the angry waitress, Celia, is also a Yoga instructor... I just cannot imagine what it would be like to take Yoga lessons with such an as angry and disrespectful person! 😳

We came here on a Wednesday night for a Techno Party. Really busy from 6pm onwards with decent music & atmosphere. Would want to stay here but the party was decent, but good as a visitor. Also there was an artisan market selling crafts which was a bit random.

It is a really nice place but…. The Italian owner seames not really care about there guests, she does what she wants, she does not feel approachable at all. There was a super loud techno party in the bar of the resort until 1.30 in the night! There are a lot of family’s with little children, so we totally did not understand this. We really thought this was grazy. The owner did not even inform us about it. So not nice. Also she played loud music at the bar when she wants… So if you like techno parties go to this place!

Seaboard Bungalows is a good option in Haad Yao beach, mayby the better one. The rooms are simple but have everything you need for a beach stay, which I think is what you want when traveling to Haad Yao. Both Paola, the owner, and Alex, the general manager, are very friendly people and always available for any kind of help if you need it. Next August I will be travelling there once more.
