Anantara Rasananda Koh Phangan Villas recensioner

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic service, beautiful gardens, clean rooms. Upon arrival we received a welcome cocktail and the room had a beautiful welcome display on the bed with a free coconut mango cake. There is a lovely village walking distance from the resort, so you can get lots of different food options. The beach is beautiful and has a stunning view of the sunrise. The staff went above and beyond to find me a firm memory foam pillow on request. I loved the spa treatment- so relaxing! The only negatives was that the pool temperature in the main pool and villa were both freezing. There were also quite a few mosquitoes around, but the resort provides complimentary mosquito repellent and electric mosquito repellents. The beach is not very safe for swimming due to a strong undercurrent. Overall, 5 star experience and we would love to come back!

•staff was very nice and helpfull, super servise. Amazing people working in the hotel. •price was too high for this location. Area quite small around swimming pool, no sunset, after 2pm there is no sun anymore at the beach. •rooms also have smell of mold and you can feel clothes and bed sheets damp. •prices of glass of wine ane other cocktails was also surprising. ~15eur for 125ml of wine... for this amount of wine it is cheaper in Europe and even Dubai. To conclude the place too much expensive compared to other places in the world for this price.

I have been to Koh Phangan about 20 times. I think this resort is the best hotel in Koh Phangan. The amenities, hospitality, food, and friendly staff are truly amazing. Non, one of the staff members, was very accommodating to us. I would recommend any family or couple that doesn't like to party to stay at this resort. But if you are a partygoer, you would be better off staying at Haad Rin or Ban Thai.

Positiv: das Hotel liegt an einem super Strand, der Service ist gut, das Essen ist ok. Die Zimmer (Pool Villa) riecht wie ein feuchter Keller. Man kann den Schimmel teilweise sehen. Wir haben mehrfach die Villa getauscht, bis wir einen ertragbaren Zustand erreicht haben. Wir waren froh, als wir nach Hause durften! Preis/ Leistung passen nicht zusammen. Wir haben mit mehreren Gästen gesprochen, die diese Einschätzung teilten.

Все на высоком уровне. Особенно хочется отметить чистоту формы персонала! Видно что за этим (и не только за этим) следят. Как всегда классная постель, белье и тд.) Из минусов я бы отметил чрезмерно высокую влажность в номере и отсутствие режима осушения у кондиционера. Из-за этого плохо спать да и дышать влажностью тоже так себе. (У нас была вилла 26)

Estuvimos 3 días y fueron increíbles. La atención del personal es de 10, las instalaciones son preciosas con piscina privada en cada habitación y tienen un desayuno (bufet) delicioso y super variado. Es caro pero por el servicio y toda la atención que te dan vale la pena.

Это великолепный отель. Начиная от месторасположения, заканчивая маленькими деталями в номере - спрей от москитов в парфюмерном флаконе. Персонал очень вежливый, заботливый. Чувствуешь себя в абсолютном комфорте и безопасности. Территория отеля очень красивая, утопает в зелени. Завтраки - великолепные . Есть все . Формат шведский стол+ заказ по меню. Любые виды яичницы, каши, соки, авокадо тосты, фрукты и т.д. В отеле необходимо оставлять депозит 1000 бат , при выезде возвращают. Из минусов - одну ночь сильно шумела компания на соседней вилле. С музыкой, танцами и т.д. Думаю отель должен принимать меры и не допускать такого. Все таки формат не отеля не предполагает шумные вечеринки.

We were so excited to have a dream holiday at the Anantara Rasananda but on our day of leaving ( 4 days at the hotel) some one had come into our locked room. Room 35 and stolen a Panasonic tooth flosser electric from the bathroom and as it was the last day had gone through our suitcase and stolen my wallet with all my cards, personal items, medication and money. We did not notice until we unpacked at our new hotel on Koh Samui. We contacted the hotel …… but they were utterly useless. They even said they can’t prove that we even had these items, they honestly did not care. They said they had asked all the staff but to no avail ! Absolutely disgusting this happened in a 5 star hotel. I could not believe this has happened. To think someone had the time to go through our luggage and take everything. I had to phone the hotel 4 times to finally get an email from a manager, which said nothing of any use. No apology, nothing. Just a feeble email stating they had checked the security cameras and nothing showed up. If you want to stay in a hotel like this please be warned. I would hate for anyone to be treated this way or have items stolen from their packed luggage in a locked hotel room. The wallet was hidden away and they found it. The tooth flosser was in the bathroom. It rained for 3 days so we know it happened on the 3rd day evening or the 4th day when we were leaving.

What a fabulous resort From the General manager Ahmed to our Buttler Tua and our housekeeper May the attention to detail could not be better, great service and lovely people, you could not be anything but delighted staying at Anantara, a great little township just walking distance from the resort, great for variety of an evening meal, a trip up the hill for evening drinks should not be missed. Anantara a tropical oasis And finally I could not thank Anantara enough, I left my phone in the vehicle on the way to the transfer to Koh Samui, they packaged it and had it sent on Bangkok airways to Bangkok which I picked up the same day, just amazing

Our host was Sanh. He was very helpful, friendly, and always available to us. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very helpful. A very beautiful stretch of beach in a bay. A very modern pool with an in-water bar. Large room with a terrace overlooking the sea and its own pool.

We stayed for five nights and had a lovely first floor room overlooking the beach. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was very calming. Unfortunately during our stay we had more or less constant rain / thunderstorms so didn't see the hotel at its best but still had a nice time. The staff are wonderful and tried very hard to help everyone make the most of things despite the weather. The main restaurant was great and breakfast was amazing with loads of choices . We also had a cooking lesson with one of the chefs , enjoyed everything we cooked and left with aprons, chopping boards and recipe cards. Highlights of our trip were the visits to the spa which is so beautiful with steps up to private rooms set up the mountain side. We had one memorable and wonderful couples massage high up the hillside whilst a tropical storm roared outside the room! After a consultation with Dr Shetty who is with the resort from February to April my wife enrolled in a three day wellness program. This has been a real eye opening experience and feel all she learned will help us both make real changes to our lifestyle, improving our health for now and the future.
