Samer Your House is a great accommodation option on Samed Island, but be sure to contact the host immediately after booking to confirm your reservation. I booked in February for March, arrived to check in and found out that the room had been rented to another guest. I was placed by host to another property that was much worse than what I had booked. The holiday was ruined

Everything was perfect. The room is clean and beautiful. The bed is very large and comfortable. The shower room is clean and the water pressure is good. Beautiful courtyard, very cozy to sit in the evening. The staff is very responsive. A great choice on Samed Island.

So I stayed for couple of nights and 3 days in this property. The location is not that bad it’s just 2 mins walk to Sai Kaew Beach. One thing that I liked was that it was hushed at night time and t’was good for me to sleep. On my first night of staying, I killed 2 cockroaches in the washroom , so I thought that if they will clean properly the room would be more pleasant and clean.

Everything good, friendly staff, convenient and quiet location but there was one huge problem with smelly towels, they needed to be washed only with detergent without softener. Softener locks moisture inside which provides perfect environment for bacteria to grow.

В целом в е нормально.
Номер слегка разбит но все работает.
Ощущение что будто все с алиэкспресса куплено в нем.

В последний момент перед китайским Новым годом удалось забронировать только маленький номер без окна, но по островным меркам номер нормального размера, хороший душ/туалет - много места, напор воды и подогрев отличный. Боялась, что будет мало воздуха, но на удивление отлично спалось с работающим кондиционером) слышимость высокая, к этому надо быть готовым, до пляжа пешком 5 минут, рядом много кафе и два 7/11.

Отель расположен в удачном месте, совсем рядом с основной улицей, ведущей к пляжу. Но шум улицы не слышно. Однако слышно соседей на ближайшей террасе, но это не критично.
Сама терраса большая, есть сушилка для одежды и стол, за которым приятно было завтракать. Но вечером могут закусать комары, берите с собой средства.
В отеле чисто, есть шампунь, гель для душа, чайник, холодильник, фен и кондиционер. Каждый день меняют полотенца, мусорки и протирают полы.
Нам очень понравился этот отель!

Хозяйка очень добрая и отзывчивая.
У нее можно взять honda click без залога и паспорта за 300 бат.
Проживание в целом понравилось. В номере было мало насекомых и довольно чисто.
Постельное белье чистое, много подушек, матрас жёсткий и упругий. Как раз для больной спины.
Рекомендую.
