Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Price I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s severely overpriced compared to other nearby options, and the overall quality is extremely poor. The location is inconvenient and far from everything, making it difficult to get around. There's no beach access, which is disappointing if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. The building is clearly outdated—over 20 years old—and it shows. The air conditioning is loud enough to keep you up at night, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t even work in the rooms. On top of that, the breakfast was both low quality and unhygienic. One of the worst parts was the number of mosquitoes in the room. It was unbearable, especially for anyone with allergies. This place really needs a complete overhaul. I don't recommend this place.

The staff here are so nice and accommodating. Great for families. The kiddie pool was perfect for my toddler to play in

Hideaway resort bit far away to sai kaew beach and real very close in to wild life you can see anytime lizards frogs spiders and a lots of mosquitoes in the room even we finished 3 bottle 3 bottle of mosquitoes spray in the room still mosquitoes around the room but this is island too many wild animals around should be careful

Not recommend for family with young children to stay. Firstly, they only let us know that they don’t actually have a baby cod to add to our room after we checked in(on the app it states that it is available to add baby cods). When we realised the issue and ask for cancellation, they then told us that it would take them 30 mins to get a cod for us, by then our baby is too hot and tired from the ferry and travel so this wasn’t acceptable. Secondly, the room smells heavily with mould and dampness. The front desk again replied with very cold manner that they don’t have other room available. However, when we insist on canceling the booking. They change their narrative and promise to change room for us instantly. The front desk lady shows attitude during the whole process. The setting of the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Facilities are old and looks run down, the room they checked us in is dark. The only thing that makes me feels welcomed was the lads that help us with the luggages.

Amazing holiday. The beach is a bit dirty and there are no toothbrushes provided. The shower is either super cold a super hot. But I still feel its a top place to stay. I will Definitively stay there again.

the location is not the closest to the beach. However their staff are very friendly and they provide a breakfast buffets daily, and the quality is pretty acceptable. However, coffee and tea are a bit awful overall.. I would still recover who wanted to be enjoy the quiet moment during your holidays..

The hotel service is very good but breakfast the first day was buffet and the second day is a la carte. My recommend is the weekend should be buffet. It is more easy and quick

My two-night stay at Samed Hideaway Resort was a peaceful retreat surrounded by Ko Samet's natural beauty. The cozy bungalow, eco-friendly practices, stunning sunset views, and delicious cuisine made for a memorable experience. Highly recommended for a tranquil getaway.

Everything was pretty fine! I can't complain about anything. The location is a bit more far away from the city center (22min walk or 5 min with Bike), which I liked. Very cozy, the service was nice, the breakfast was good and ... Definitely recommend:)

My first visit to Thailand, and spend a few days in Kho Samet. The Hotel was very good, the room was spacious. The food for breakfast was quite good as well. is a little away from other places more active and with more resorts around, but some distance is to my liking, and there's a really nice away bar nearby. was all in all a positive experience.

Clean room, good facilities, the restaurant close at 9pm and a bit far from downtown samed really feel like a real hideaway. If you need a quiet hotel I recommend it here😊
