Kerala Coco Resort

Our second visit and won’t be our last. Accommodation was great, food was lovely. Breakfast was varied and met all our needs. What makes this resort a cut above the rest is the staff! They all give great customer service and ensure we customers are happy. Many thanks for looking after us and ensuring we were truly in paradise!!

We were here two different night! First only for drinks, you have to wait for drinks maybe over half an hour!!😳 Then the next day dinner, same thing! Food you have to wait maybe 40 minutes and drinks, even it would be a soda water , 20 minutes! Unbelievable slow service! Food is nothing special!Overprice !

If you want a total relax from the norm, then this is the place. Warm friendly staff. The room with the sea view was fantastic. Room size was decent. Clean and tidy throughout the resort. The breakfast was decent. We ate there a few times in the evening and everything was freshly made. The private beach was amazing and seeing the sunset from the infinity pool was priceless. A very relaxing place to stay. As it is a paradise spot, the instagram brigade were out in force most of the time. All in all , we enjoyed every second of our relaxing time there. Definitely recommended for a couple retreat.

We wanted to have some drinks in the evening at the Kerala restaurant. The service was bad and they served our drinks from behind us without even looking at us. They tried to make us leave without telling us they were closing by turning off all the lights while we were still drinking. Afterwards, we heard them laughing. We walked away and will never come back here again. We understand that places close earlier around here, but we would prefer we were told that you’re closing or will be closing in the next hour. At least the drinks were okay….

Resort is nice view, room is so so .. The problem is No water in early morning..!! Went down to front desk, staff send Engineer to check and after that’s water take time to be clean .. wait more then 45 minutes water gone again. We have to contact front desk again..!! Takes to fix more then hour’s . Staff offered us to shower at other room..!! (9am) We have to rush as breakfast finish at 10am!!! We, get up at 7am for walk around the beach before leave..!! Is welcome to Ao Präw (first time for ao praw) we been Koh Samet often .. 🙄🙄 And the staff handle just gave us to shower at other room (ready shower and back to room is nearest 10am) Breakfast start from 8-10) Actually we plan get up early for walk around the beach again before check out (check out time 11am) As 3 days we stay at Ao thapthim no any problem.

I want to send my warmest recommendations to Kerala where we stayed last week. It is a cozy little place located at the best beach at Koh Samet. It is much more quite than the other beaches we visited and the water is calm which together with the swimming pool makes it perfect for small kids. You can use the kayaks and SUP board for free when you stay there and it is really beautiful to sail in the sunset. The people who work there are all extremely friendly. The rooms are basic but fine - Make sure to order the rooms with balcony and beach view. The only downside is that the prices at Ao Prao beach in generel are high for food and drinks. We will defintely come back and think it is great value for money for the room rates compared to the location. Thanks for a wonderful stay 🙏🏼
