Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! The customer service is the best that I’ve ever experienced with an American company. The villa was a dream! The most beautiful view that I’ve experienced so far. The pools, the Kids Club, the bars, the Happy Hour, the View Restaurant..everything was excellent. It’s a beautiful resort. My only complaint would be the kids meals were low quality which was unexpected for the Ritz. I will definitely visit again!

the location is quite remote from other facilities. however it get privacy. room as pictures advertised. spacious room.

Probably one of the best resorts we have been to, friendly staff, attention to details and great food from the restaurants in the resort. The only downside is probably being a bit far away from anything, but a grab ride is easy enough to get you to anywhere you need. Highly recommend the Pak Tai restaurant, food and service are just top notch.

The hotel is too far spread out. It’s absolutely beautiful. The property is beautiful. They never sent me anything refreshments to start the trip off. She said that she would send them and she didn’t. The service is lacking. You had to wait for golf carts 5 to 15 minutes every time so if you’re in a rush to get anywhere, don’t be.

Definitely had the best time at Ritz Carlton Koh Samui. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they even put in the effort to make small talks and check up on us. Buggy rides provided from room to lobby, and even to their amenities. The room we stayed in was great. Housekeeping was great, they cleaned our room twice a day. The location of the hotel was a +- 30mins Grab/taxi ride to the airport and to Chaweng Central Samui despite the traffic.

We spent amazing time there! The hotel is very beautiful, clean and very well organized. The staff very polite and helpful! We got engaged few days before arriving the hotel and Tee and her staff made us a lot of pleasing surprises, highly recommended for those who want to get true luxury experience!

I got the suite with the pool, it does not look like the photos. I had a pretty high traffic area where my pool faced, and there’s loud music at the restaurant next door, last thing I wanted when I was hoping for isolation after 8 weeks of rough work on the road. A door was missing in my bedroom and maintenance had to come reinstall it on my second day. Spa never had an availability during my stay, and buggies are required to go anywhere in the park (unless roaming in the heat is your thing). The service was slow at times (I’d often come back to my room and see room service plates stacked outside for a later cleanup) - but my room was meticulously cleaned each day and the buggy staff were incredibly friendly.

Excellent service from Alaa who had given us a resort tour! The thai restaurant is a must try with authentic Thai food and romantic ambience. Beauty and Pawi had been extraordinary in their service. You also don't want to miss the fire show which is right next to the western dining at the beach side.

So we have read many bad review online about this resort but we trust the brand so we booked this resort. But, we really regret that we have booked this resort. This is indeed the worst resort we have stayed at worldwide. I really do not recommend anyone to book this resort if you want to enjoy your vacation and avoid any unpleasant experiences. The valet parking staff messed up our car electricity and we had to wait for the car rental to jump start the car and we wasted 1 hour and missed the best sunset timing when we get to the lamai viewpoint. And the car broke down again at the viewpoint and we had no choice but to return the car. There is a lizard poop on the wall and I pointed to the housekeeper but she just said sorry and didn’t even clean that up until we checkout. Another housekeeper threw away the alcohol we put at the room. The overall experience was very unpleasant and I will never choose ritz Carlton for my vacation again. So you get to trust the reviews online but not solely the brand.

Amazing place to spend vacations and relax from everything. Will stay in my mind for long time 🌷and breakfast.. delicious!

We had the most amazing 3 days 2 nights spent at The Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui and we are so glad we made the decision to stay here for our honeymoon. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and greatly appreciated. They have demonstrated outstanding service which truly made a difference. Their attentiveness and hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Special mention to the Reservation Manager, Gine Castillo Aguenza and reception officer, Yady for their hospitality. Little touches such as the double room upgrade, bouquet of red roses, evening cocktail drinks at the lobby, cake in room, daily activities and the shuttle bus to Chaweng Beach did not go unnoticed and these are what made Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui so special! We look forward to returning in the near future!

Very nice hotel had the pool villa superior suite and highly recommend coming here nice and peaceful very good staff. Sometimes the carts can be slow. If you don’t mind walking then very nice
