Nice cozy place with a friendly owner. The only downside to it is the entrance alley down of the main road, so off-putting.

Beautiful little place in a super convenient location right by the ferry piers. Friendly staff, lovely pool and quiet due to the location down a small lane, just offbthe main road.

Stayed for 1 night before flying out from samui. If I'm going back to samui again, I'll be sure to check if The Nest is available. Impeccable room and property area. Highly recommended.

Clean, amazing location just out of the pier from Koh Phangang.

房間很乾凈，雖然旅店在小巷子裏，可是很安靜。我沒有看清楚住房要求，因為是我一人帶着女兒和兒子入住，覺得床可以睡得下。但這家店可能對報精準的人數有要求。我和朋友去入住的時候，老闆很生氣，因為我們沒有準確的報清楚人數。後面入住的夥伴要注意了。

作為趕飛機臨時住還是OK。但是建議帶孩子和行李多的還是不要了，搬運比較耗費人力。很乾凈也很安靜！

An easy stay. Great location, just 30 Seconds off the beaten track. Rooms are clean and neat. Small pool for a morning wake up dip. All Well Maintained. Nice and quiet atmosphere which was perfect for what I was needing. Thanks Charlie. He is a proper host.

Warm welcome, airport pick up was arranged and was excellent. Room spacious, clean and everything you need after a long journey. Charlie also booked taxi for the next day for my onward journey. Very quiet inside the small complex. Had a lovely breakfast at a nearby coffee place. All in all great first impressions of my first night in Thailand.

We had such high hopes for The Nest Samui, it was our only luxury stay while travelling around Thailand. After initial good impressions, friendly and speedy welcome/check in we quickly discovered a lizard in the room. We asked the owner to help us remove the lizard but he said there’s no point because they’ll just come back in. We weren’t best pleased with his response and the prospect of sleeping with lizards in the room. And of course the lizards will just keep coming back in because of the gaps in the “locked/closed” door (see pictures). The owner said this was normal however of all our other accommodations in Thailand didn’t have any insects/lizards and all the windows and doors closed properly in other accommodations. There were also mosquitos in the room. The windows do have mosquito screens on them but only some fit properly basically making them pointless (see pictures). Also the lane up to the hotel is full of rubble, stones and broken glass, I actually cut my foot on one of the rocks, so be careful! We ended up checking out only 1hr after checking in. The owner offered no refund or apology, just a simple “if you want to check out that’s fine”. This was the only hotel we booked on *********** that was pay in advance with no cancellation/refund policy and we now know why. I doubt this is a first time issue. We contacted *********** for help and advice and their customer service was great, the owner of this property was unhelpful.

We had amazing three days at this place. Very comfortable and clean. So quite and relaxing. Rooms are spacious and the pool is right in front of the rooms. The owner is amazing and gives you lots of advices on where to go. I will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic three-day stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the host's attention to detail truly stood out. Moreover, the host went above and beyond to enhance our experience by providing us with valuable tips and recommendations for things to do in the area. His hospitality was exceptional, making our stay memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb and its wonderful host to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The most beautiful stay in Koh Samui. The owner, Charlie, is a wonderful host. He assisted with airport transport, food and site seeing recommendations. The property itself is quaint, quiet and lovely. The pool is the perfect temperature and the location to wonderful dining in Bophut is outstanding. Definitely a family run business to include their cutie pie dog, Gypsy!!! The Nest offers wonderful hospitality and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Koh Samui in the future. Thanks for an amazing stay Charlie! ❤️

We stayed for one night on the way to Koh Phangan. Charlie was really responsive on messaging before and during the stay. He helped us with transport from the airport and to the port in the morning. The Nest is good value and just what we needed for a basic one night stopover. The rooms are secure, spacious and very clean. The location is just off a main road, down a track but easy to reach and near restaurants and shops. Any reviews concerning mosquitos don’t seem to understand that’s part of the deal in Thailand! Yes they get in the room sometimes. And if you have a lizard in your room (which we didn’t experience ourselves) it’s actually helping to get rid of the mozzies! Anyway, would def stay here again. Great value.
