Quiet location on the main strip in Cheweng. Clean and welcoming, helpful staff. Spacious rooms with a nice pool and restaurant.

If you’re looking for a chilled place to stay then do yourself a favour and book here. Breakfast is great and they rotate through traditional Thai cuisine as well as western so you can either try a new curry each day or stick to eggs on toast. The staff here do an amazing job and are super friendly, beach access is great and only a short walk to Samui Central shopping area. You do hear the planes every 45min- 1 hour but they stop around 10pm and don’t start up too early the following day.

This place is located perfectly! We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to everything you might need or want. Hannah and Peach helped with setting up a half day tour and it was great! The overall service was excellent! Would most definitely be going back here!

Nice, small hotel , located directly at the beach. All well and newly designed and furnished. But..... bad smell from the toilet and also bad smell at some part next to the swimming pool.  Please try to find the root cause of bad smell as it will downgrade your hotel , which is otherwise nicely done. 

The hotel is not clean, there’s a bad smell everywhere, the staff’s service is terrible, they are not polite, barely speak English, and are not helpful. They will charge you for every possible thing. I do not recommend staying there. Do not be tempted by the attractive price.

I was not satisfied with the hotel I was staying at, so I looked for something else last minute and found The Stay at a very nice price. If you're looking for a good place in the middle of nightlife, The Stay is the perfect location—everything is within walking distance. The hotel features a very nice pool and beach view. Breakfast was pretty good, with a decent variety of both Western and Thai options. I received a free upgrade to a good-sized and very clean room. I would definitely consider staying here again!

It’s a very nice hotel, beach front so it’s lovely to swim from your hotel front. The breakfast and the restaurant is really and you also enjoy a beach front view while indulging your meal. It is also close to shops, restaurants and of course 7/11. I would come back to stay.

I just stay in one night here. Location is good close to central but still quiet not noisy as far from chaweng central about 400 m so you can walk around. Room is clean and a bit small but valuable price.Staff is service mind, request earlier check-in but breakfast is not many choice. This is budget hotel if you need 😊

The hotel is better than i expected. Clean, lovely, in the heart of Samui.

Booked this last min and it was great for what we needed

Excellent hotel well located with friendly staff who assisted greatly when wishing to extend our stay. Rooms are modern, very clean and well maintained. Sea water was very warm and suitable for children as a breakwater maintained a shallow depth. Plenty of bars and restaurants located within walking distance along the beach and adjoining roadway with entertainment but we were never aware of any noise. Would recommend this hotel
