Hotellet ligger långt från centrum av Chaweng, om du promenerar tar det cirka 20 minuter. Ta en taxi. Själva hotellet: vi tog en villa, men det är svårt att kalla det en villa, ett rum med dusch och toalett. Luftkonditioneringen är riktad direkt mot sängen, gardinerna på den är inte kontrollerade, så det är kallt att sova, och om du stänger av den blir det som att vara i en bastu. Vi såg kackerlackor i rummet, även om området förmodligen behandlades. De bestämde sig också för att vitmåla väggen bredvid vår ytterdörr, målade den och slängde penslar och färg på vår veranda, vi fick gå till receptionen och be att få ta bort det här skräpet och sedan i en halv dag luktade det färg. Frukosten är bra, både à la carte och buffé. Vi bestämde oss för att äta lunch, det var dyrt och inte särskilt gott; alla matställen utanför hotellet var mycket godare och mycket billigare. Men det mest tillfredsställande är när de ringer dig från receptionen klockan 4:00 på morgonen och säger att du bad om att få väcka dig och en transfer har kommit för att hämta dig, även om vi inte frågade någon och inte beställa eventuell överföring. En timme senare ringde de igen. Havet: havet är väldigt smutsigt och knädjupt, du kommer att gå längs havet i 500 meter och allt kommer att vara exakt knädjupt, och sedan finns det stenar. Som ett resultat köper du inte ordet alls! Som ett resultat flyttade vi från denna plats, och nu har vi en fantastisk semester på ett annat hotell!

This is a small and comfortable hotel and the staff are very kind . You can take your breakfast looking to the ocean meanwhile you enjoy the food and the atmosphere! Is not far way from the city downttown (1,5 km) with many options of bars and restaurants! We enjoyed a lot!

Overall: The hotel itself is quite lovely, though its location might not be ideal for those seeking easy access to city centers or a wide variety of nearby activities. Pros: * In-room Pool: The in-room pool was a fantastic feature. Cons: * Disruptive Cleaning: Daily room cleaning, typically between 3-5 PM, often interrupted our plans, especially our enjoyment of the in-room pool. Our request for earlier cleaning (12 PM) was not honored. The cleaning itself was very quick (around 15 minutes). * Uncleanliness: The bathtub was dirty (pictures provided), and the overall floor cleanliness was unsatisfactory. * Inconsistent Service: Hotel staff were generally agreeable to requests, but follow-through was unreliable. An issue with the shower (alternating between scalding hot and icy cold water) was poorly addressed, and the problem persisted throughout our stay . Key Improvements: * Flexible Cleaning Times: Offer guests more flexibility in scheduling room cleaning, perhaps with a designated "do not disturb" option. * Enhanced Cleaning Standards: Improve cleaning protocols, particularly in bathrooms. * Improved Service Delivery: Ensure that guest requests and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Great location. Easily access to food & massage shop. Clean & spacious room. Delicious breakfast with Seaview. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely come back again.

Very beautiful hotel with a scenic sea view. Loved their breakfast and hospitality was top! Very professional. Specially, I must mention the person near the front desk (forgot his name) who looks after the parking vehicles and takes care of the luggages. Additionally all of the hotel staff were so welcoming that made our stay very happening. * there is a very good travel agent just near the hotel, you can rent bike, cars and plan tours (Bunpa Travel) [contact person: Pam & Lay] ** at night, the pool side sea beach is so peaceful, you will love it instantly and can spend hours just sitting there with a music.

We enjoyed the resort very much. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location was good and very relaxing. The food was very good. Could use a few water toys such as paddle boards and kayaks for the guests to use.

Some of the staff are really indifferent towards guests. “You have already paid, so why would they bother” kind of attitude. Sound isolation in the hotel s horrible, so if you have loud neighbors, you will not sleep at all. I had a feeling that I share the room with the guests next door. That loud they were. The beach that you can see in some of their ad photos actually doesn’t exist. Sea is usually very dirty in the area around the hotel. There are nice beaches on the island, but you will need to rent a car/bike or get robbed by the local taxi drivers.

This property is newly built. It is neat and clean, and the staff is friendly. This is a great place for a family vacation.
