Samui Mermaid Beachfront recensioner

Trevligt hotell med rena rum, stor pool och strand i närheten. Jag var tvungen att vänta 4 timmar för att mitt rum skulle vara klart eftersom jag kom tidigt. Jag begärde en tidig incheckning i förväg, men blev nekad. Jag är säker på att det var möjligt eftersom det var väldigt få gäster på hotellets territorium.

När vi kom till rummet såg vi dessa 2 buggar för välkomnandet. Bra hotell men rummen med havsutsikt har inte mycket avskildhet Flygplan flyger över huvudet på dig väldigt ofta hela dagen flygplatsen ligger mycket nära hotellet.

3star for garden rooms & 5star for sea view rooms

Avoid, the bungalows are on the other side of the road, I had cockroaches, noise from the scooters from the scum bags that stay here. The hotel staff was rude.

The hotel has seen better. Reception was nice. check in was easy. The room was dark. the lights weren't bright enough. There were stains and a huge stain on one of the headboards. Gave up pushing the beds together because there were already rickety. unlocked panels? the bed itself was bad to say the least. bumpy, lumpy, and could feels the springs. The only great thing about it is access to the beach. tis beautiful. and private so one can spend the day here. Would I recommend it:; NO. unless, they do a major renovation.

Stayed here 24 years ago..The hotel has beach front accommodation, but I stayed on the other side,had an air conditioned bungalow..Also there is a pool on the other side....Unfortunately the hotel sits in the path of the flights ✈️..Which can be quite noisy.. I had a fall when I was there, the guy at reception asked if I was OK due to the fall ,but after explaining to the 2 girls ,who were working along side him burst out laughing ,I wasn't impressed to say the least..

My second stay here within a week (the proximity to the airport was key.) The hotel was very helpful in getting me to the airport for a much better rate than getting a Grab taxi. I stayed here again because I found the grounds so relaxing, from the pool, the view, the room, and the bar.

Small room, but good for the price. Close to the beach and not far from the airport. Big Pool out the front of the room we were staying.

Great beach side resort with comfy beds and rooms. Staff we’re extremely friendly and accommodating. Would happily stay there again
