My wife and I chanced upon Silavadee while looking for a short Koh Samui getaway to celebrate our anniversary - and so glad we found Silavadee. The Google reviews did not disappoint, as it’s possibly one of the best resorts we’ve stay in yet! We travel to a couple of resorts around the SEA during our weekend getaways but this past weekend topped the charts for us. From our arrival all the way to our departure, Silavadee’s team members never failed to display the widest smiles everyday; even if sometimes they did not understand much English - we appreciated their big wide smiles! Special mention to the Duty Manager, TICK as well as front office staff ICE and KORN, who both made sure we were extremely were taken care of throughout our stay and whenever we had any queries. We had a small hiccup with the housekeeping team during our stay, but TICK managed it extremely well and also so kindly got us a late check out as our flight is only departing at 19:25hrs today, back to Singapore. Your private beach team member, JB is also worth a special mention - his command of English is commendable, and we enjoyed our time interacting with him during our stay. A very positive guy whom we noticed was also picking up trash on his own initiative to ensure our private beach was as immaculate as it could be! All in all an amazing stay over the past 4 days at Silavadee! Please pass our kind thanks to the team at Silavadee and we’ll definitely be back soon! Room 209

This hotel offers an exceptional experience, primarily due to its outstanding service. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and well-cared for. From the moment of arrival, the professionalism and friendly demeanor of the team set a high standard. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern décor that creates a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The amenities provided are top-notch, ensuring convenience and comfort throughout the stay. Overall, the hotel excels in delivering a memorable and enjoyable experience, with service quality that truly stands out.

Nice place and beautiful

Service was impeccable from front desk to moon cafe except for one incident the waitress clear my porridge which untouched assuming I leave the table lol. Great jazz music and singers during happy hour. Villa 39 interior looks rather tired and needs more touch ups. Partial ocean deluxe room 206 looks more appealing than my villa 39. Breakfast is as good as lunch menu .

During our recent stay at Silavadee Pool Spa Resort in Koh Samui, we were consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Each restaurant offered a unique and delightful experience. The buffet was the best we’ve ever encountered, featuring a sublime combination of a buffet station and a complimentary menu. The Star Bar provided amazing cocktails and a relaxing atmosphere for watching the sunset. The Height served the best Thai food we had on the island. The private beach was beautiful and relaxing, offering everything one could desire for a serene getaway. We also participated in a cooking class led by an amazing chef. The experience included a trip into town to visit the markets and learn about the course’s ingredients, followed by the class at The Height restaurant, which boasts amazing views. The chef was kind and genuinely a lovely person, making the experience unforgettable. Our room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, Silavadee Pool Spa Resort provided an exceptional experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

A perfect staycation! You literally got everything you need in the resort for 3 days of activities and chill - pools , snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, yoga and more! Best resort experience ever. The exchange of exclusivity is this resort is distance away from the main road and busy districts, but the shuttle service or grab will get you to wherever you want to go ( p.s. transportation is expensive in Koh Samui

It was amazing staying there. The staffs are very helpful and theres also a private beach. The Thai food at the height restaurant was tasty.

We highly recommend to everyone;) The location is not very convenient but they have shuttle bus to Chaweng beach and lamai beach! The hotel, pool, spa, everything was sooo good!! Especially breakfast was wonderful!! We’d love to come again!

The concierge was also fantastic, helping us with transportation arrangements, which made getting around the island much easier. Love the hotel app. You can use the app to request for services instead of using the phone to do that.

The second time

Charming, secluded luxury escape. The staff, and the service overall, were attentive, friendly and always eager to help. Although slightly remote, it’s only a short taxi away from more lively areas if that’s what you want. The hotel itself is peaceful and perfect for ‘unplugging’. It’s not part of an international chain and that adds to the charm, with a friendly local feeling. It also means it’s slightly more rustic than your typical chain too. We took a boat trip arranged through the hotel which was excellent. They also hired and delivered scooters for us at competitive rates. Probably the highlight was the in-villa bbq which was sensational. The food here really is good, with plenty of local options too. Although the onsite dining options may appear limited online, each of the 3 locations really delivered with extensive and varied menus. A great stay.
