Really friendly and attentive staff , great for sunsets .... On the perfect side of the Island. Had a great time with the Kids as food , pool and room very close proximity.

Nice quiet Hotel!

We are very disappointed with such a big name brand. Nothing matched our expectation. Dining: most food on small menu is not available, coffee machine broken during breakfast. Had to eat dinner next to a massive beach club speaker - restaurant was closed due to weather - normal 5 star hotels will notify guests. Location: really bad beach, no beach chairs or kayak service as explained Facilities: looked into a room with 2 naked people, we had kids , room is said to have a bathtub, didn't exist. Rooms right next to community pool, very uncomfortable. Kids not allowed to use sunbeds only for 16+ Reception & Communication - really rude, no accountability Im unimpressed. Please don't waste your money on this so-called 5 star and definitely not if you have kids.

You will not be disappointed!!! Only stayed one night as we travelled around the island. Myself & the wife really enjoyed the place.

This is a very nice Resort. The pool area is very nice and comfortable. The swimming pool faces to the apartments is very long so you can enjoy swimming. The gym is very nice, not too many machines, but from good quality. You need to consider for you stay several aspects: the pool area in the middle of the resort comes with an additional costs of minimum consumption which is quite expensive, at the other pool area you don’t have any laying possibilities so you should consider a room with pool access if you plan to often go swimming, the kids club is really just a very small room with some toys just for emergency when the whether is not so well. The beach is very small and not so nice. We would not recommend to stay there with small kids as there is nothing around you can not do so much with the kid. If you plan to travel as a couple definitely a recommendation if you’re flexible to move by grab or scooter. The staff is very very friendly. Not typically Thai friendly, but also very understanding and helpful. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. I think the best breakfast I ate in ages in a hotel and we do travel a lot.

A very good and beautiful hotel, very far from everything.

All was great, people working hard there, all is clean and beautiful, food is good. Can be better with some shuttle busses as they do have only one at 10am. If you forgot your charger for iphone 15 forget to have an advice where or how you can get it until you go to center and figure it out to find in 7eleven. Reception girls was not helpful in that.

I had the most amazing experience staying at Nikki Beach. Firstly, they offered me sparkling wine as a complimentary drink when I arrived. The breakfast selection was great and the beach club was particularly my favorite.

It’s a very beautiful hotel and is perfect for relaxing we loved it here if you want to party it is around a 40 minute taxi to the other side of the island but for peace and tranquility it is perfect and I would for sure stay again. The breakfast is lovely and the staff are so helpful and kind I had an amazing stay here.
