Lots of mosquitos, not clean, not very friendly staff, and power cut. Breakfast options were very limited. Couldn't finish my stay. Left 2 nights earlier.

Very nice hotel though a bit dated with great pool and direct access to the beach. Very friendly staff. On my birthday and my wife's birthday, the housekeeping staff surprised us by decorating our room without us informing them!

Apparently the Banyan Tree dwellers have recently taken over this joint. It still needs quite a bit of work to get to very good and excellent, but feels like it's heading in the right direction. Make sure you get one of the rooms with big balconies.

Not the fanciest hotel on the strip, but if you like it quiet and quaint, Chura Samui is it. The property may be due for a spruce up, but it was not at all badly kept. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms huge. Most importantly, it passed my very stringent OCD-level cleanliness test! We chose an upstairs room for the balcony, which provided extra space with privacy. We had a very comfy bed too! Will definitely return!

Located at the quieter side of Chaweng, this hotel is a nice place to get used to the Samui lifestyle. Just a 15 min walk to the center. Rooms are good, a bit outdated but spacious, and cleaned every day. Breakfast had the regular options but I was hoping for fried rice or just white rice and that was only served once during my 4 night stay. Swimming pool is nice to cool off but children can be loud and splashy. Prices at the pool were okay, not cheap but also not too expensive (140 baht for a fresh fruit juice). Staff was very nice though! I give the staff a 10/10

I hope I will be able to stay here again soon. Such a beautiful hotel! Staff were very friendly. Room was perfect! I was just a bit disappointed with the breakfast in the mornings, but other than that I had the best stay! Can recommend for short or long stays

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel and some of the staff were friendly. The problem was the checkout / The hotel and .trip.com need to update the information for new checkout time, we followed the rules for checkin, but when we left they asked to leave earlier because new reservation...🤷🏻

Nice easy going Japanese themed resort with a great pool right on the beach. Very helpful staff. Spacious rooms with polished concrete floors and walls. Not as many onsite facilities (e.g. spa) as nearby resorts, but overall a fraction of the price.
