Cleanliness is good Customer service is also ok The shuttle to samui central mall is very convenient. To improve: -Food quality and customer service at the restaurant for A la carte Menu.

We had an overall great experience at this resort. Perhaps it has been a while since the room is occupied so quite a number of mosquitoes were in the room. Thanks to the very efficient staff, they managed it and we don’t have the problem for as long as we stayed in. Then it is the wifi. The staff actually put the router into the room on the second day. Again, problem solved. Great view with the beach over breakfast. Great pool. Comfy bed and pillows. Scooter rental service - perhaps we have paid a bit more than outside but then the quality of the scooter is very good as it is brand new. Thanks to the staff. All of the smiley faces go to the staff.

The staff is really nice and accommodating. But the room was super noisy, you can hear everything. Especially the neighbors watching tv at 2am, or going down the stairs from the higher floors. It is the last hotel on the main street. And it is about 30 minutes walk from the restaurants, etc. But it is a nice hotel. The beach not so great there either.

Nice breakfast good pool, only concern me some of guests from hotel put towels on pools chairs too early to occupy and sometimes they even didn't turn on,nor enough chairs and very disappointed with others management should do something about it Sorry for my complaint.

We enjoyed our stay in Chaba Cabana Resort for a week. The seaview was amazing! Staff could speak English and very helpful. The facilities in the room: welcome fruits, they have basic personal care except toothbrush and toothpaste. They did everything they could when I lost my phone. Words can't express our gratitude towards the team especially Mr S. from the bottom of my heart. We would definitely come back again in the future.

The service good the location it’s nice too the food it’s nice I like everything here I recommend if you will stay

NICE HOTEL AND SWIMMING POOL IS GOOD

Amazing location, beautiful rooms and lovely staff

Very well maintained property, spotlessly clean. Breakfast okay, very western style, most of the cooked food is non-veg. Beach only at low tide, but can usually wade to other beaches. Minor gripe - it's annoying that the key card is needed to power the fridge (and any device chargers).

There is a plenty of choices during breakfast time, so everyone should find something for themselves. I mean from fruit, to eggs however you like them (they will prepare it for you) toasts, fruit, Thai and western dishes. There is a pool and a swimming pool next to each other with a nice view overlooking sea. The choice at the bar isnt super big but you'll find something for yourself. Recommending Mai Thai 🍹Cocktails for 120? Gym, kayaks, paddle boat at your disposal. Clean, friendly, atmospheric 🙌

Our time at the hotel was amazing. First off we booked the wrong hotel as they are sister hotels and they were happy to pick us up free of charge and bring us to where we need to stay. The service was great, the staff were very helpful and the room was beautiful with a great air conditioning to keep us cool at night and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was in great condition and you can tell the hotel is looked after with the bar and pool areas great place to relax. It was the little things that stood out too like free kayaking and free stutter to main shopping area twice a day. Loved the place and will stay there again when we come back.

Great place to stay! Lovely staff! Take good care of their customers all be it a little too much at times lol. Pool was really nice and views were amazing but the best thing for me was the access to the beach. The sea at that spot was perfect, shallow, warm and soft under foot. Sadly it's a little out of the way of night life, 15min walk. Not much of a problem but in the heat it doesn't take long to start getting super hot and in need of a shower by the time you reach chaweng main strip! All in all though for families or couples I would highly recommend.
