TOLANI HOTELS-boenden i Koh Samui

It’s a nice hotel with nice rooms. All facilities are very good and do your stay better. Unfortunately the clean service is very bad. I asked to wash floors in my room and also on balcony, when I returned i checked: balcony was clean thank you, but the room wasn’t at all - the same stains and hairs and dust under the bed 😓 Twice during my 2 nights stay there were firs alarm in the morning at 6:00 for 30 minutes irritation noice which woke me up and didn’t make me concentrated, unfortunately the hotel didn’t do any complimentary after such case, thanks for sorry by the way, but it is not enough. Still the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Do not understand why clients couldn’t park their moto in front of the hotel 🤔 Pool on the roof top is micro small just for pigeons 😅 who like to wash there 🥲

During my recent stay at The Sea,I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The hotel offered a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service that made my trip truly memorable. The room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, and modern with thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of travel. The view from the window, overlooking the sea was a delightful bonus. The location was another highlight—it was conveniently close to Michelin Thai restaurants, less crowded and close to the beach. The resort’s vibe is fantastic, and yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. The only minor drawback was hotel facilities is old and technically you can’t used them during your stay. Overall, The Sea provided an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relax and peaceful retreat and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Все было превосходно. Сеовис на 10 из 10. В случае когда у вас мало постояльцев на кануне перед завтраком очень хорошо бы просить заполнять анкетку кто что будет кушать на завтрак ( как это делают другие отели), чтобы не ждать и не тратить драгоценное время. Моя высокая оценкп авансом с учетом моих замечаний. А так все было просто супер
