Simple Life Resort recensioner

Was good to stay. Everything close by and it has dryer if you care about it. AC works well, felt good! But breakfast needs more quality though.

Lovely location , only down fall pool wasn’t clean & rooms smelt like sewage / mould.

The location is good, but you can hear music til late (I think this would be the same for a lot of hotels in the area). The pool was okay, had quite a few leaves in it. The room was a good size, but we did have a few bugs in the bathroom.

Rooms nice and big, comfy bed. Lots of mosquitoes in room, would suggest a mosquito net on doors. Shower limited to hot water. Staff nice.

シンプルライフ　名前の通り、贅沢すぎない最高のものがそろっていました。部屋は大きくて大変お値頃でした。またプールも大きくはないですが、よかったです。送迎がありまして、迎えにきてくれましたが、なぜか帰りは50バーツ支払いを要求されました。これが玉に瑕でしたね。他はよかったです。

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The room was clean and spacious, and the pool was really refreshing, with a good number of sun loungers around the pool for relaxing. The resort is in a good location within Sairee village, and the price was decent for what was provided! The staff were very friendly. Would recommend!

I stayed in this resort while visiting my brother. The staff here were amazing. Kung was a great host along with the rest of the staff including the restaurant staff. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and always made sure we were good and had what we needed at all times. They were very attentive the entire stay. They really made us feel at home and when I come back to Koh Tao Thai will be my go to spot always. They have everything you need at this resort, amazing food, scooter rentals, book tours, plus many more things. The pool was nice the rooms are also very nice and are always kept clean. The food at the restaurant was next level. I strongly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a safe and friendly environment. Thank you Kung and staff for all the care during our stay and making sure we were okay!

This hotel is quite good without being perfect. It is a little run down but my room was clean. The wifi was ok but not always super quick. The location is good near the beach and action. My room didn't have a kettle which was annoying as it stated it does on agoda. Staff are all pleasant. The pool isn't super clean.

Insanely bad service. I booket 1x 1 Night for 2 and 3x1 Night for 2 in total from 19 to 23 july. I ask if we could get same room during our stay to avoid moving room the Day after and it was confirmed by the receptionist. Today they show up and tells us to move room or we have to pay more to stay in the same room. The hotel is EMPTY we are the only ones here but they dont Care. I also booked a room with 2 single beds and they start giving us a room with a double bed. We are 2 men aged 41 and 51. WE DO NOT SLEEP IN SAME BED OF COURSE. I have used ********** app for 5 years now and have over 200 nights booket in total, most of Them in Thailand and i have never in my 10 years travelling in Thailand had such a bad service at a hotel. I even wrote the hotel 2 days in advance to explain everything about our room and out stay. No reply. We were told when we arrived at the hotel there was free transfer from pier but how should we know when noone at the hotel answer our messages. This is litteraly insane. This hotel does NOT provide any service at all and the receptionist has a very unpleasant Way of talking and explaining things. Do not go here its simply not worth it and the Island is covered in hotels anyway

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to all of the main bars and shops.. Ohoo, behind the desk was so welcoming and helped with any of our problems straight away which contributed to the comfort of our stay. The pool was lovely and clean and overall it’s great value for money! Possibly one of the best hotels we stayed in on our trip

Das Hotel fanden wir eigentlich sehr angenehm und in guter Lage, nicht im Getümmel,aber nahe genug am Leben. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß. Die Mitarbeiter waren soweit freundlich und hilfreich. Das größte Problem war, das nachts im Zimmer als wir schliefen ein Portemonnaie abhanden kam. Ab jetzt war das Personal auch nicht mehr wirklich hilfreich.

No acabamos contentos. La limpieza bastante mal. Y las almohadas de los más incómodo que nunca me he encontrado. Les dijimos que nos limpiaran la habitación y no hicieron caso en todo el día, incluso nos ignoraron en la cara. No suelo poner las cosas malas y suelo acabar muy contenta, pero no me gusta cuando vacilan y creo que debo de avisar para que a nadie le pase lo mismo. También he de decir que si quieres movida y ambiente , es el sitio , porque puedes llegar a toda la zona de restaurantes del centro y juerga.

⚠️ attention ⚠️  PUNAISE DE LIT / BED BUGS L'hôtel simple life resort koh tao, est de loins le pire hôtel que j'ai vu de ma vie. Tout à débuter à notre arrivée à l'hôtel ou la "manager" était antipathique. Nous avons été nous balader et en rentrant nous avons remarqué qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude à la douche. Je l'ai signalé, mais je pense qu'elle n'a absolument rien fait car à notre retour du souper vers 22h00 il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. LES GROS PROBLÈMES ont commencé à ce moment là. Ma conjointe c'est couchée sur le lit et j'ai remarqué en déplaçant un coussin, qu'il y avait des PUNAISES de lit partout. Après avoir regardé de plus prêt, le lit était pleins de toile d'araignée, d'araignées, de sang sur les draps. Je suis aller immédiatement avertir la manager, elle m'a simplement dit que c'était de ma faute car je ne l'avais pas dit plus tôt au check-in (je ne sais pas si vous contrôler l'entier de votre chambre avant de vous y coucher) Il s'en ai suivit des échanges très violents, verbalement et physiquement. Elle m'a agressé plusieurs fois physiquement. J'ai menacé d'appeler la police mais elle en avait rien à faire. Finalement ils nous ont fait attendre jusqu'à 23h30, nous n'avons eu aucune solution de la part de l'hôtel, nous n'avons eu aucune réponse pour appeler une personne responsable, nous nous sommes retrouvé à la rue à minuit, j'ai visiter 20 hôtels pour trouver une chambre, mais aucun n'était disponible. Je vous conseil réellement de ne pas venir à cet hôtel, c'est très connu, si il y a une chambre qui a ces insectes, il y a beaucoup de chance que les autres chambres aillent aussi ces insectes. Pour la finalité, j'ai reçu à trouver une chambre loins du centre ville, nous avons du trouver un taxi pour déplacer nos affaires et partir dormir là-bas. Personne n'a voulu nous rembourser ou nous changer de chambre. Nous avons réellement perdu une nuit et donc une journée à cause de cet hôtel et surtout à cause de cette femme. J'espère vraiment que l'hôtel va prendre des mesures pour que cette femme ne travaille plus avec des clients, car elle a été agressive physiquement et verbalement.
