Kom aldrig till detta hotell. Detta hotell är mycket gammalt och du kommer att ångra det när du kommer till den lumpen lobbyn. Från och med den tidpunkt då personal från olika resorthotell kom till kajen för att hämta gäster från båten, klev vi på den mest slitna pickupen, vilket var så pinsamt. Senare, efter att ha checkat in, upptäckte vi att rummet var det också tomt. Vi stannade i två nätter och de kom för att fixa varmvattnet tre gånger, men det fungerade fortfarande inte och de var ovilliga att ändra vårt rum. Handdukar och lakan är gamla

Cabana Resort was a mostly pleasurable experience. After finding out my villa was at the highest part of the facility I switched it around to say there’s my daily workout :) The amenities although not new tech, are comfortable, clean and nicely secured. The staff and crew are great. Always there

It's a stunningly beautiful location, room is idyllic and you're fully immersed in nature. The pool is a dream to dive into everyday and the view is amazing at all times of the day. Layout is very quirky which we loved and room service was super cute. Main challenge is mosquitos which are unavoidable in Thailand, here especially sunsets triggered lots of them to appear. As an experienced traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels and resorts worldwide, this is my first time writing a review. My husband and I chose Cabana Hotel to celebrate our honeymoon, but we left extremely disappointed due to several issues: • Upon arrival, after a long journey involving flights and a ferry, we discovered there was no hot water in the shower. This problem persisted throughout our stay. • We paid extra for a room with a bathtub, but the hot water supply was insufficient, rendering it unusable. Multiple repair attempts were unsuccessful. • The air conditioning was not adjustable, leading to discomfort. • Frequent power outages disrupted our stay. • The Wi-Fi was weak and often non-functional. • Breakfast options were very limited, and the coffee was the worst we’ve had in Thailand. • Snorkeling equipment provided was defective. • The receptionist was unresponsive to our complaints, and the hotel failed to take responsibility for these issues. In summary, the high price we paid did not match the subpar experience. The hotel felt like a 3-star establishment with outdated infrastructure. Regrettably, we had to switch to another hotel during our honeymoon and cannot recommend Cabana Hotel; in fact, we advise others to avoid it.

Lovely traditional Thai style hotel, though looking a bit tired in places. The bungalow was nice, but with few plug sockets and the shower room was rather rustic. The staff were extremely though and tried their best to provide the guests with everything. The complimentary kayaks and paddleboards were a bonus too, plus good snorkelling around the rocks at the edge of the bay.

Very nice resort and quite good services but the food need to be improved.

Very nice hotel at the beach. Good food. Staff very nice. Very good breakfast. Beach nice and you can walk to the little town.

Came with my girlfriend on a diving trip for 6 nights at the koh Tao cabana. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Take advantage of the free paddle boards and kayaks if you can. Super nice area on the beach all reserved for this resort. The breakfast was also very nice and loved the Thai options as well as the western food options. The rooms can be individual cabanas on a hillside so it is a little bit of a walk up but this didn’t bother us. We would stay here again and very happy with our experience. Thank you Koh Tao Cabana!

Title: Beautiful Location with Some Service Issues Review: Our stay featured a beautiful location with stunning views, complemented by delicious food at the restaurant. However, service shortcomings were noticeable. Despite the helpful mosquito spray in the room, we faced inconveniences like a lack of beach towels and no assistance offered to remedy this. Additionally, a non-functional torch in our room posed a safety risk, highlighted by my daughter slipping on the villa steps due to inadequate lighting. While the setting and cuisine impress, attention to service details and guest safety needs improvement.

The location is nice and quiet, walking distance to other restaurants through the beach. The beach is very nice, clean and good for kids especially when the tide is low. Our Cabana was spacious, beautiful, although a bit dark. The water pressure was low and we didn’t have hot water. We asked them to fix it but it didn’t happen on time before our check-out. We stayed for two nights. The pool has a waterfall, and it looks a little run down. Nice view to the sea from the pool, though. The breakfast (included) was ok. Fruits, bread, but not many options for vegetarian/vegans in the menu. Dinners were good. Overall, a beautiful hotel, kind staff, great location, maintenance response could be better.

Very beautiful arranged resort with exclusive beach. The villas are very very nice and Luxurious. I guess we will go there again next summer season.
