I booked for 1 night stay..due to some reason I checked in early and they asked me to pay early charges..I said okay but when I checked out early on the same day without staying for night and without next morning breakfast, I requested to not take early charges as I am checking out on same day but they denied my request. So my experience was not so good.

The charges are far too high for a non ac room. I had booked an ac room but you have allotted a non ac room. I am not interested

Hotel Metro Kolhapur - location- centrally located very adjacent to Bus Stand and near to Railway station.
Property - clean and maintained with good service.
Lift is working 24/7
Reception staff prompt service.
Recommended for nice stay at Kolhapur.

The hotel is located at a convenient location in the city. Valet parking service is available for free of cost. There are two levels of underground parking.
The rooms were well maintained. The hotel staff was very much cooperative and available on call for any kind of service.
Breakfast buffet menu included 3 to 4 varieties of food items. The taste and quality was good. The overall experience was good.
