The room i booked was club room of 365sq ft but when i checked in i didn’t enquired much about the room and taken the room 411 as given by them after one day when i was going out i stepped out of the room and i found that room 412 was open so i looked and that room was much bigger and comfortable then i realized that the hotel staff has cheated. I paid for the club room but got the normal room.

The rooms are so small and conjunct. Outside the room lobby smells like wine. They didn't provide basic things. This is not at all suitable for families.

Rooms are pretty good with all necessary amenities. Food is great. And the place is just 15mins from the airport. The only one problem was the mattress. Not a comfortable one. And also the room in which i stayed had an issue of flush. We had to call the plumber again and again. But the service was over all satisfactory.

Transitel hotel is very terrible, small rooms and they gave me the sharing rooms meaning there was a connecting door between two rooms, the small rooms made it also very spaceless and cramped, the food was equally bad. Overall certainly a bad experience. Not recommended for others.

Property location, common areas, food are the positives of this one. However, the condition of the room was pathetic to say the least. It was clingy, smelly and worn out. Unjustified condition of room and washroom if compared with the booking price. Really disappointed.
