The hotel was very good, The room was also very good, i was a flight 5 hours later after check out, for this 5 hours I kept my bags and Staff at hotel storage and after movies and shopping i took it back from hotel.

Honestly speaking, the hotel was great. The location was a bit far from the airport, BUT it is located at one of the cleanest places in Kolkata, making it a huge plus. Now for the details: Room: 5/5. The decoration, the ambiance, the wall art. Lobby and other places: 5/5. Absolutely loved the design and hotel architecture. Bathroom: 3.5/5. Honestly, it is a basic bathroom, but I expected more from a 5 star hotel, even on the cheaper rooms. There was no bathtub, which I feel is fairly common everywhere I’ve stayed in. ONE PROBLEM: A major issue I have faced was after turning on the water. It had a smell, which I am guessing is from the river beside it. I feel like the Hotel should add a water filter to avoid this problem, because the smell doesn’t go away until the water is turned on for at least 5-10minutes. If I wasn’t South Asian, I probably couldn’t have taken the smell as easily as I did. I would put this in High Priority to fix for attracting many more customers. Bar and Food: 4/5. Good collection, great taste but very expensive. Lastly, a shoutout to Al Jabbar and Al Sahid from the Housecleaning service, they were extremely polite, fast, very thorough with their cleaning and very well mannered. Absolutely a delight to talk to and learn about the local areas. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very rare to find such good hotels, with some minor flaws.

Good property could have been maintained even better

Room lights did not work even after saying nobody assisted the coffee mug had stains very bad experience

The room dint had a good view still we managed and the service was so poor that once we ordered something we were getting it after an hour

Hotel location is good & also hotel ambience are so good i'm very enjoy my stay too good and food also good

Not the first time visiting here but this time visit was quite disappointing. The room was not that clean and specially the washroom. Though had a pleasant experience excluding that but hope they look into this matter

I stayed at the hotel from 22/10/24 to 26/10/24;i had booked a deluxe room, the room allotted was terrible with damp smell, spoiled wooden floor and moderately clean bathroom. On asking for a change in the room, i had to take a suite room with extra payment for 2 days instead of four days, this room was slightly better but not upto the mark. The rooms require a lot of renovation work and the lights are very dim, the complimentary breakfast was ok. As i was attending a conference at biswa bangla convention and the hotel being attached to the convention the location was good
