I stayed here for one night first time in Kolkata from Nepal heading to the Andaman Islands. I was greeted with lots of smiles, very friendly accommodating staff who helped me with everything I needed. I ate and drank at the bar. Everything was delicious. The room was very comfortable stocked with everything you need. Great view of their beautiful pool. It was closed for maintenance so I couldn’t try it. They made me feel like family. I highly recommend this hotel when you want to stay close to the airport in Kolkata. Thank you for everything!

service and charges not as per tariff charged.. even housekeeping is not aware of room occupancy.. as they are forcefully trying to open doors in midnight around 2am.

The room was clean and had the basic amenities—comfortable bed, working air conditioning, and a decent TV. However, the decor felt a bit outdated, and the lighting was somewhat dim. The bathroom was functional but could have used better ventilation.
Breakfast was included, offering a standard buffet selection. While the food was fresh, the variety was limited, and the coffee could have been better.

There’s lots of mosquitoes in the room, hotel staff are too bad behaviour and totally non-cooperative, they don’t have set top box or proper tv channels

Rooms are spacious, food are also up to the mark. Front office persons are very helpful l in nature which are the essential for the service industry

The stay was beautiful and specially gentleman by the name mr suromoy was superb and kind. He has guided me and again has given an example of humblenss. He is an example to all. Breakfast, housekeeping and all other department were top notch. Will come and recommend other people the same. Thanks again

Excellent location, spiritual atmosphere with a statue of swami ramakrishna, practical room, good room service and housekeeping, breakfast spread is quite innovative. Only pick up and drop is seldom possible due to nonavailability of vehicle. Overall great stay
