Everything is fine except their bathroom basin design is so improper that water fall down out of basin because the tap is small and basin border is thick.

Best Location in kolkata for business travel as well as lesuire.

服務一般 應對速度比較慢 需要不斷催促。門卡打不開催了半天才幫忙解決，雖然態度是可以的，但工作效率不高。另外床單的清潔度需要提升。

I stayed at The Park Kolkata in December 2024. The hotel is situated in Park Street Area and it seems that it is very popular. The hotel entrance is through a commercial complex on a bustling road. Upon arrival, I found the hotel a bit dimly lit. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk team was friendly and cheerful. The room was very spacious and well-furnished. It provided a snack tray, a coffee tray, and a minibar. The bathroom was also well-supplied. However, water pressure can be improved, and the geyser takes a minute to start. Also, the shower curtain does only half the job. The in-room dining is very costly, especially for the portion size though the food was good. The next day, I had breakfast at their all-day dining restaurant called The Bridge. The breakfast spread was good, and the food was nice. The checkout was smooth. They do offer luggage holding service. Overall, I had a nice experience.

Beautiful place , staff is very nice and helpful. Another amazing pool side restuarant Aura. Good food and very good breakfast spread. Entry to the Hotel is very Amazing and they also have a Discussion near the entry with a pastry shop. Overall Great place to stay,❤️

Each and everything was just superb awsome. Food room service staffs behaviour everything was very good. I will always visit to this hotel everytime i go to kolkata. This time it was my first visit and i had a very ggod experience. Special that swimming pool area.

Pretty forgettable experience starting with check in at reception midst noise levels and chaotic as in a night club. Would never go back there ever. even if it were for free! Room furniture, carpets and accessories like ironing table had seen better days. Definitely not suited for families. Saving grace: Its location in Park Street right next to great restaurants. And they had a great breakfast buffet.
