Good hotel

Dear Sir, This is in regards to an event we hosted in the Emerald banquet hall at The Sonnet, Kolkata. We celebrated our daughter's first birthday on March 27th, 2025. I wanted to share our wonderful experience with different teams working at the hotel. Firstly, we want to thank and appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping team with the decorations. The team handled all our requests very patiently. Both, Mr. Rajesh Pandey and Gautam, worked hard on realising our expectations and the end result really exceeded our expectations. I have attached few pictures showcasing the tremendous job done by the team. Cake was prepared exactly as requested and was the highlight for us. Everyone enjoyed and appreciated the taste and quality of food served and the courteous service by the team. All support staff were really polite and helpful. Finally, I would like to convey my gratitude for all the support provided by Mr. Dipak Mondal (Banquet Manager), he helped coordinate the event from beginning till end and was there throughout. It was a really pleasant experience for us, all thanks to several teams coming together and working with customer satisfaction as their top priority. Nice experience great services the staff were incredibly friendly , clean room , breakfast was great, water pressure was strong and water heater work, kettle and hair dryer worked well .We would definitely stay there again and price was also very gud

The Sonnet was a great centrally located hotel in Salt Lake for multiple generations of our family. We had all the comforts of home away from home (USA) and more. Buffet, lounge, transportation options, updated clean rooms, etc. Rony and the rest of the staff really took care of us.

Excellent service good gesture and outstanding service frequently visited last few months due to business meetings . Hospitality is outstanding. Housekeeping staff Rajesh pandey ji Gautam and chandan are really good guys to ask a helping hand in maintaing healthy hygiene. Warm welcome and quick service is really appreciable . Wonderful Stay ,Very spacious room. Smooth checkin and check out process. Very Cooperative staff..Specially Front office staff(Guddi, Shilpa ,Baishali and Subham) . Food was okay . Overall service was really good..Will be coming back soon.
