Friendly staff to serving guest. Near Mother Teresa House to access on foot. However surrounding is noisy and mess up

Met my expectations. Stay was comfortable. Bfast spread was good. All staff were polite and helpful

The stay was really comfortable. I enjoyed staying in the hotel. The staff was really cooperative like the receptionist - ajay and raja . I would recommend this to others as well. For the price the accommodation id good and the food is outstanding.

Had a wonderful stay at the Siamton inn. The staff and all the facilities are top notch. Starting from the food to the rooms everything felt amazing. Special thanks to Mr.Pachu(bellboy) and Ms Suparna (receptionist) for making our stay so comfortable. Will be here again.

Good and comfortable stay, Simmi, Ajay and Raja are very friendly and supportive staff. The rooms and big and Furniture are bit old but well maintained. The location is very good as it is in city center. There are very good cuisine near by and hotel restaurant is good.

Hotel was very nicely managed clean and hygiene. Staff Raja & Simmi were very cooperative in all the needs to make the stay pleasant. Every the food quality is very good. Location is at the top area where there wont be have any communication issue.

It’s good hotel with excellent location. The staff( except people at reception ) were extremely good, friendly and helpful for our kid as well as to us. The rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean . Has a good cafe and restaurant with an excellent manager at the restaurant. I would have given an additional star if receptionists ( one male and one female ) would have been a little more helpful.

I had a very good and pleasant stay at Simanton inn hotel Kolkata I must say this is the best place to located any near by working or market areas. It’s stand on the heart of the city park circuits. Ms. Simmi help me during my flight ticket print out she is such a smart and good lady. Ms suparna also a very nice and good ldy. Mr pachu helps durin My luggage down and helps me entire time. They don’t have any stones on there heart all are very familiar and well mannered. Will come again.

Dear Debajit, Greetings of the day! I wasn’t interested in sharing my view about your property and management till the time I received a call from one of your associates from the reception ask me about the extra bed which she wanted to place in our room for the 6 year old kids she had charged us for. I have never heard any hotel providing a 6 year old toddler with any extra bed. I would not like to stretch this matter but would definitely be put it up on the travellers feed back. Speaking of feedback, I have a list of them which now I would like you and your management to know. The room is not ready to be released for check in The shelf in the shower cubicle is just hanging. The reservation was processed in advance and it was reconfirmed by one of your female associate so the amenities should have been placed accordingly. The kettle in the room is pathetic and very unhygienic. It shouldn’t be in the room for any guest. When enquired about no hot water the AYS person told us that the boiler has just been put on and we can let the tape run for 15 minutes to get the hot water. Later a housekeeping staff comes and hands over extra water bottles justifying that there are 3 adult in the room.

A delightful mid-price hotel, close to central Kolkata and walking distance to the Victoria Memorial. Clean, cool, air conditioned rooms, and very helpful staff. Simmi, Rajah and Ajay deserve a special mention. Great breakfast choices, room service and a linked restaurant right next door serving a wide range of dishes. Highly recommended.

Stay at siamton inn is very comfortable. Ajay , Raja and Suparna were very friendly and coo operative during our stay at siamton inn. Rooms were very specious and clean. Breakfast was good . We would love to visit again in siamton inn. Thanks you team for the lovely hospitality.
