Service related to cleanliness is a big issue here, toilet basin was dirty, towels were not present, you have to ask for toiletries then they will provide you. fan speed switch was not functioning.

My room stank of cigarette smoke. The geyser did not work. And i was asked to pay extra over and above what i had already paid to makemytrip.

Location is excellent. Need to improve the existing room conditions. Bedsheets had some stains. Bathroom had leaking pipes and bathroom window was broken. For a rs. 2100 amount, better rooms are expected. Sanitary ware for bathroom toilet commode needs to be slick clean.
