The first night, I needed to tolerate the smell of the "air fresher". The location is good to visit around Kolkata.

Make my trip management is very horrible their people are cheating with public, they have no transparency with customer always giving fake comments.

The stay was good but the rooms are very compact overall stay is fine. Good place to be around lot of pubs and bars, happening place on fridays. Best location wise for site seeing, best for solo travellers

I had terrible experience with this hotel. I had booked premium room for the family. I would never recommend friends to book this hotel. Room pictures doesn’t match with actual room. As soon i entered to the room there was terrible smell of cigarettes. Room size was too tiny and without ventilation. They allow smoking at the room. So, room was smelling like cigarette. Bed sheet & blankets were too dirty, pillow was full of fungus and dirty and stinky. When i complained to manger he become aggressive and rude blamed me for booking Basically, hotel is trapping user with high rate and old room pictures without mentioning room size and incorrect amenities information. Only advantage was location. Overall, i find it most 3rd class hotel.

Good hotel to stay however rooms are small & not suitable for families but cleaning & other things are good. Staff behaviour is excellent even they allowed us for extra 1 hour during checkout. over all rating is 4/5.

Hotel staff was very cooperative and helpful. Although one issue is make my trip is allowing 3 persons in standard room which are not comfortable enough. Still the hotel staff was so professional and helpful.

The location is very good, on the park street. Just 100 mots from metro station. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is quite big. The breakfast is very affordable and the services are quite good. Best part each room has a ceiling fan which gives me a feel home feeling
