The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay. Very helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accommodations. Highly recommendable hotel. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

The water in the toilet and shower is yellow and more dust in that water. The breakfast was not bad

Everything is good the rooms, the staff, the service, etc but they did not have a buffet on the date we stayed there and there are roaches in the room

Had enquired for an early check-in but that wasn’t available. They said i could have a meal at their amazon lounge and wait till they get the room ready. The elevators and the restaurant smelled heavily of cockroaches. The plates, glasses and cutlery had the same cockroach smell and we could hardly eat at the place because of this. The restaurant was so dingy and there were baby roaches on the tables, below the glass top. The room provided was not maintained well at all. The laminate from the particle board was all broken, there was no toilet paper, the shower are had the metal frame but no glass. The shower lever didn’t work. I had to get myself switched to a different room but that too was only marginally better. Never expected such a poor experience, especially at a hotel that seems to have high ratings and the fact that their tagline is “royalty redefined”

Ac doesn't work. Wifi reception in room is bad. When i complained stories of no rooms available and night 1130ish they shift me to another room. Food is good though
