No, not 5 stars at all! - Room cleaning is terrible - Never cleaned our bathroom during our 1 week stay - We had to call and ask for towels every time because we didn’t get clean ones instead of the ones they remove - Same for shampoo, needed to ask every time! - Loud air conditioning noise - Stuff are not so friendly and get annoyed after some questions - Drinks are terrible - Most of the stuff don’t understand English.. you simply get tired of trying to explain - No ice cream for children.. only one terrible sort included - Many times they said they have no more fries or chicken in the outdoor food section near the pool - We have been terribly ignored by many people just because we are coming from a specific country - You can’t just stay in peace next to the pool because of the photographer and the massage people who never get tired of convincing you to give them your money - The beach is small and not suitable for kids.. I was really disappointed not being able to swim in the sea!

Wifi, internet is very very bad. Little bit ok in the room. In lobby and swimming poll no wifi. Alcohol drinks and cocktails are terrible - syrop and soda. To the sea long trip and not nice. Beach very small. Rooms ok, foo not bad but the same. Personal in reception not friendly. 2 + 1 child we always get 2 towers. Hotel maximum 3*

Very special pleace and hear are very good people if you wanna take beautyful pictures thats prfect pleace. The Best drinks and the Best staf. Best night show's. Very good for children they can play all Day and have fun. The beach IS very beautyful and clean. ❤️❤️

Was really good holidays, hotel really nice , staff good and professional, specially entertainment team ,Emri with his team and DJ was super good and friendly. But the food not good...not much fruits just like orange, apples and peaŗs :D Nice beach with a bar.lots of programs and games all day Lots of likes for entertainment team thank you guys ;) Dainius

We had an amazing time. Can't recommend everyone high enough, absolutely faultless. Every single person was very helpful. Food was stunning, everywhere so clean, entertainment crew was so friendly and always willing to play with our children,( all under 10). Ali,Luna, Murat, Ibo and so many other workers who were just fantastic. Thank you so much for making this holiday so nice, comfortable and stress free. My brothers who were with us and never been on all inclusive holiday are super happy. Best regards Bold family

Terrible hotel!! Just arrived home from worst trip. My partner suffered from food poisoning , gastroenteritis after eating at the restaurant from first night and ended up in hospital for two days. I have an 8 month old and 3 year old children and hotel staff didn't offer any assistance. I didn't see anyone from hotel management to see if we needed even water! I was on 4th floor and needed to sterilise bottles and wouldn't give me a kettle and expected me to go up and down with two babies alone as my partner was in hospital or ask if I need any help. There were many other families unwell and had early flights with same symptoms but hotel kept telling me we are the only family. There was ambulances taking people from this hotel to hospital Dailey as you can see from my attached photos They are liars! We couldn't eat at the hotel afterwards as I was scared me and my children would end up the same way so had to go the supermarket outside. I asked to speak with management about my situation but they were too busy chatting in office and kept me waiting for 20 minutes at reception and still denied it was anything to do with their hotel. Please avoid because you will be very disappointed. The hotel ain’t 5* more like 3*! Make staff there kept touching my daughter because they knew he was in hospital but had shock when I told them to get away from us! The hotel's entertainment is terrible, the entertainers are more interested in chatting up the women. I'm from uk and the food ain't for us, please please keep away from this hotel.
