Dizalya Palm Garden - All Inclusive

Writing to express our gratitude to Reyhan, Tuğba, Çağrı from the bar, Haribo, Ümit and rest of the reception team, and indeed everyone who works at the Dizalya Palm Garden Hotel. We are currently spending our holiday with you, and we wanted to let you know what an amazing and relaxing time we are having. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the friendliness and warmth of your staff. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. It was truly this willingness to go the extra mile that is making our holiday so special and memorable. It is also lovely to see that your team seemed genuinely happy in their work environment, and this positive atmosphere certainly enhanced the overall experience for us as guests. We are also very impressed with the variety and quality of the food on offer. There are such a large selection of hot dishes, salads, and desserts to choose from, catering to all tastes. We particularly enjoyed the delicious pizzas and the incredibly yummy chocolate and fruit waffles by the pool – a real treat! Only negative feedback I can give is about pillows. You need softer pillows for sure. Thank you all once again for making our holiday so fantastic. We are already looking forward to returning to Dizalya Palm Garden Hotel in the near future.

For the price the hotel is very good. The staff is friendly and kind, always smiling, willing to help. The entertainment team is also good quite a lot of activities in the pool during the day. Every evening there’s a show in the amfiteatre. Barmen Elif at loby bar, very nice and very kind🌷 The rooms are clean, everything is super. Good service!

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. We as a family had 3 weeks early season holiday in Dizalya. We really enjoyed our time in staying there. Its a relaxing atmosphere and lots of tasty foods. We were impressed with staff’s enthusiasm and commitment to their work. Big thanks to Nuri, Ferhat, Abdullah, Haci, Cihangir and Zeynep from the restaurant and Alihan, Erencan, Nur and Huseyin from Entertainment team. Feeling bad that I can’t remember all the names please forgive me.

I am staying at this hotel with my family and I must say that this is one of the best holidays so far. The staff are very kind and helpful. They do their best to make the hotel guests happy and satisfied. They make sure that all hotel areas are clean (restaurant, area inside the hotel, around the pool...). There is a great variety of food, which is delicious. Everyone can find something according to their taste. Entertainment shows are also good (every night). The beach is also great and it is 5- minute walk from the hotel (maybe even less). There are more than enough sunbeds and beach umbrellas. The beach/snack bar offers tasty food and drinks between 12 p.m and 4 p.m. There are three pools in front of the hotel. The first one is for small children, the second one is with water slides and the third one is the biggest. There are also enough sunbeds and umbrellas. During the day there are different entertaining activities both for children and adults. I definitely recommend this hotel to families.

No, not 5 stars at all! - Room cleaning is terrible - Never cleaned our bathroom during our 1 week stay - We had to call and ask for towels every time because we didn’t get clean ones instead of the ones they remove - Same for shampoo, needed to ask every time! - Loud air conditioning noise - Stuff are not so friendly and get annoyed after some questions - Drinks are terrible - Most of the stuff don’t understand English.. you simply get tired of trying to explain - No ice cream for children.. only one terrible sort included - Many times they said they have no more fries or chicken in the outdoor food section near the pool - We have been terribly ignored by many people just because we are coming from a specific country - You can’t just stay in peace next to the pool because of the photographer and the massage people who never get tired of convincing you to give them your money - The beach is small and not suitable for kids.. I was really disappointed not being able to swim in the sea!
