Numa Konaktepe Hotel - All Inclusive

Worst hotel possible don't come with kids my 10 year old brother got hit and attacked by a fully grown man then then let his off and give him a room upgrade and did nothing about it the food is terrible the staff are rude do not recommend to anyone with kids horrible service and horrible staff they protect child abusers horrible place do not waist your money

This is our first visit to Türkiye and we weren’t sure what to expect, but we have not been disappointed. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. The staff are truly amazing and cannot do enough to help or make you feel welcome. The atmosphere at the hotel is relaxed and friendly, we ere even given a beautiful red rose on Mothers day. Numa have their own beach with a bar and also offer snacks and freshly cooked pizza included in the all inclusive. The pizza is delicious and the chef is such a lovely man, he always welcomes you with a smile and makes you feel at home - we will really miss him and his lovely 🍕. The drinks on all in are excellent quality and they have a really good range to choose from. Mealtimes can be hectic in the restaurant, but there is a huge range of food to choose from, so always something for everyone and the staff will get drinks and help with anything you need. We really loved the Turkish theme night with live music and gorgeous food - definitely try the Kibbeh it is so good! We arrived at 3.30am and had no problem checking in, we also had our luggage taken to the room for us which was great because we were shattered. On checkout day you are still able to use the all in until you leave even after checking out at 12pm. There is a laundry service and you will find a bag and price sheet in your wardrobe There is lots of great entertainment day and night, although The bingo is 20 euros a ticket and prizes are just novelties like a fez, bag and souvenirs. Overall this holiday has been nothing short of fantastic and I would highly recommend a stay here we feel completely pampered and relaxed. We will definitely be returning to Numa konaktepe.

Naci - In my hour of need came to help and assisted me with the problem if being over charged by a taxi, when he found out how much I was charged he was very good in getting in touch with the taxi firm and told them they over charged me. He then sorted me a refund from the taxi firm. It is reassuring to know that you have people employed who are honest with integrity and dignity. He came to my rescue. I am very happy to give him an commendation for his help and support. The hotel as a whole is a brilliant place to stay, ALL staff are friendly and polite, nothing is to much trouble. It's clean and tidy, always plenty of food and drink. Honestly had the best week with family. Thank you Numa konaktepe hotel for a lively holiday.

Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely fantastic! The food is delicious, the entertainment is top-notch, and the rooms are cleaned daily to an incredible standard. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Dogus, who was the life of the party every single day. And the entertainment on an evening kept us entertained for hours! Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near all the cool shops. It’s a truly memorable experience!

We arrived at the hotel very late but the staff where very helpful and even had food ready for us, we got into our room that was lovely and clean with a lovely view, the food was good and alot of options, there was plenty of pools for the kids to enjoy with our own slides, the entertainment staff where great and very helpful with everything we needed, will definitely be returning.
