I liked the entertainment team , the pool was great and my room was always clean, the shower was easy and accessible, i also loved the fact the entertainment team made me feel like family

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel located about 2 hours from Antalya Airport. The experience exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and bottled water provided daily. There was always something going on throughout the day—activities like water polo, aqua gym, beach volleyball, darts, and regular fitness sessions kept things lively and fun. Every evening there was a different show, such as dance performances, traditional Turkish folk shows, karaoke, bingo, and more. The animation team also organized a night out to a local disco for the younger guests, which was a great touch! The food was delicious with a wide selection, and every Wednesday they had a special “Turkish Day” featuring authentic local cuisine. The staff was incredibly friendly and respectful, always ready to help. A real highlight was the Turkish hammam and massage experience (available for an extra charge), which I found absolutely amazing and relaxing. The beach is just 200 meters from the hotel and includes a snack bar where you can grab beer, wine, soft drinks, water, coffee, as well as snacks like burgers and pizza. The beach is clean, well-organized, and even has its own lifeguard. All in all, this hotel offers a perfect mix of relaxation, entertainment, and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

Clean hotel, very good quality, a lot animations and atractions, really good food. We felt reely good. big rooms, cleaned every day with new towels.

From a peaceful sleep to a tasty breakfast, through to pool and beach activities, an evening meal and entertainment, everything is great. If you want to go into town, the bus is €1.50 and is a 5 minute walk away. The staff are very hardworking and friendly, with rooms cleaned every day, along with fresh towels and bottles of water. Some hidden delights were: darts at 10am, a lady baking traditional flatbreads by the pool, and burgers by the beach. You can make a holiday here just what you want - 100% activity or 100% doing nothing. It’s what you make of it!

It was supposed to be a perfect family holiday—15 of us, including six elderly relatives. Everything seemed set, but the trouble began when we arrived. We reached the hotel after 10 p.m., and the airport transfer had been arranged and confirmed by our travel agency. However, upon arrival, we were told our rooms weren’t ready, and we’d have to sleep in different room categories, with a promised move the next morning. Inconvenient, but it happens. The next morning, we all went to change rooms—and to our surprise, our rooms still weren’t ready, and we would have to wait until after midday. We questioned how this was possible, since the reservation had been made over four months earlier and full payment was made in advance. The receptionist on duty… was completely unprofessional. He laughed, dismissively saying nothing could be done and that we’d just have to wait. We were stressed, with no idea when our rooms would be available, and he literally laughed in our faces. We asked for the manager—and shockingly, he was the manager. He behaved aggressively, told one person “don’t touch me,” and even threatened to cancel all our rooms and deny us access. Our elderly family members became distressed, confused by what was happening. He simply blamed us for arriving late at the hotel. Eventually he calmed down, and the room change happened in the mid-afternoon. The next day, the travel agency representative from Join Up spoke with us. We reported the incident, and she replied that nothing could be done—that the manager often behaves rudely with other guests, and that this attitude was, in her words, “normal for him.” After all that stress, the rest of our stay went smoothly. The food was good, other staff were always very friendly, the hotel infrastructure was decent, the rooms were new and clean, the beach was only a few minutes away, and the beach bar served quality food and drinks. It was only that one man, however, who made our holiday so excruciating—and someone so unfit for resolving internal problems shouldn’t be dealing directly with guests. Please note that the hotel is very family-oriented, with many children and mostly Muslim guests. While this is not a problem at all, it may be best to avoid showing too much public affection with your partner in order to prevent any misunderstandings.

Good hotel nice place to chill very nice crew we got served without telling anything what is always a good sign for a good hotel. The beach is near by. The pool was also never boring always some dancing and Mini games for everybody. This is my first time a review because i was so excited. Have good holidays everyone.
