I chose to stay at this resort based on the positive reviews, but I suspect that some of the reviews may have been written by the staff themselves. I made a reservation for two rooms on March 31, 2025, and paid in advance a week before our stay. They had promised to send the receipt via WhatsApp, but I have yet to receive it. The service at the resort was subpar - the rooms were not cleaned, WIFI was only provided upon request and then turned off later, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The breakfast was mediocre and did not justify the price we paid. During check-out, they were reluctant to provide a receipt and eventually gave us one from an old receipt book after some arguments. Overall, our experience at Riverine Suites Resort was disappointing given the amount we spent. It was a letdown.

Property is very good but service is pathetic. No restaurant makes starved for food. Not following timings for complimentary breakfast

we had the lovely opportunity to spend some lovely time with a night stay at this great facility the other day. We had taken the right decision by choosing Riverine suites for our family outing on 24th April 2024. The experience was awesome. The team at Riverine Suites under the leadership of Rakesh did an excellent job to keep our team engaged with activities. the food was indeed great. we had ghee rice and Chicken curry which was crafted with excellence by the Chef Anil. The pool was very hygienically maintained and we spent quite a lot of time playing in an around the pool with some music, dance and games. We did not realize the time fly by. I would say without hesitation that each moment spent at Riverine suites was enjoyed to the maximum by the whole team. We shall be back soon and sure recommend this nice facility to our friends and relatives too.

The property is good for a short stay. View from the room is excellent. Food is average. Amenities can be better. Easy to reach and good for families.

It is a mixed feeling at the end of the stay during this christmas season. I was there with family for a day. Arrived there during lunch and got a decent room and friendly staff to support. Location is superb and you can enjoy the river during evening time - even spend a couple of hours in the shallow water and beautiful nature. Good for photo shoots as well. Facilities provided in the room were below average. Had to remind them 3 times to provide toiletries. No support received in setting up the extra bed. Ordered evening tea and snacks and it arrived after a solid 90 minutes and 3 reminders. Dinner was not good - mostly pre-cooked chapathis and porottas with too much oil. Breakfast (complimentary) was also much below expectations. Overall not really worth the price paid.
