Lovely hotel Good location near the city center Clean and worth the money

Good location Clean room But no air conditioning at this time, we need to open the window, and this make the room noisy.

It is a normal choice for a short trip. But for this budget service provided prices are a bit high

Everything was OK.

I was very happy during my stay at Ibis Budget Konstanz/DE. The room is spacious, although you cannot expect full facilities for a budget hotel. For example, there is not water kettle available for the guests, the window is actually a window door that can only be reclined, not opened. The bathroom is comfortable because it has a large sink and vast space all around it to deposit your toiletries. I would definitely come again, also it is just a few minutes away (by foot) from the central bus station.

Having done a bit of a road trip round Germany this was the WORST hotel by far. I can't think of a good point about it. Well the Chinese next door is excellent value and a fun experience on a Sunday evening. That's it. Hotel is a long way from the town, you'll need a bike to get in, otherwise the walk is a long and not very pretty one. Hotel located on industrial estate. Hotel parking expensive, all nearby parking is not for Hotel. The hotel is expensive and very basic *think prison cell basic. Yes it has a bed, tiny pillow (only one per person) small TV, that is filthy behind. Slow WiFi. Bathroom OK, there is a hair dryer and a towel each. Lino on floor (torn and dirty) one plastic garden chair. That's it. No comfort and very expensive. This was the dearest hotel we stayed in by far, and the absolute worst. Definitely would not return to this hotel (or indeed this brand). Makes premier inn seem top drawer. There isn't even a kettle!

Ich kann nicht klagen. Der erste Eindruck zählt. Sehr freundliche, kompetente und hilfsbereite junge Damen an der Rezeption und Frühstücksbar. Das ist schon mal ein Pluspunkt. Zimmer einfach aber modern, neu, sauber. Preis - Leistung topp. Leider leider halt nicht im Stadtzentrum. Dafür sehr ruhig. Ab 21 Uhr nur noch ein Bus aus der Stadt zum Hotel. Man kann nicht alles haben. Hotel aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Leider wird der Kunde nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es drei unterschiedliche IBIS-Einstufungen gibt. Das sollte klarer hervorgehoben werden, zumal die IBIS-Hotels wohl in einem Umbruch stecken, so in Bonn und in Kassel.
