We have just had an extremely unfortunate incident with the hotel manager Eriketa Koçollari. We came back to hotel and our teenage child went upstairs to the room. 5 minutes later when we also headed to the room Ms. Koçollari told us we couldn’t go upstairs and needed to wait until further notice. We tried to ask for the reason, she ignored us. I explained that our underage child is upstairs and we are concerned about her safety. She kept insisting that we need to wait for five minutes without further explanation. We went upstairs anyway, as we were seriously worried at this point and she tried to physically force me not to go. Luckily she didn’t touch me. Later, we went downstairs to request explanation for such an outrageous and unprofessional treatment of hotel guests. Instead of apologizing she started blaming us of being insensitive and comparing us to 20 other guests (there were two actually) who understood and we didn’t. As we turned away to head to the elevator she showed me her tongue and made a very disrespectful gesture. This was truly shocking. She shouted at us and told us that we don’t understand anything and “what’s the problem, I explained now. At that moment I was not in the mood to explain.” Extremely unprofessional, rude and disgusting behavior that should by no means be tolerated! The hotel itself is dark, outdated, not clean and quite uncomfortable. The doors seem to be very loose and there is no safety whatsoever. We didn’t book it ourselves, so had no idea what we were signing up for, but overall we don’t feel safe especially considering such a hostile and disrespectful attitude from the hotel management
